★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V této společnosti asi vázne komunikace. Nejsou schopni se naučit jezdit do nové zástavby. Nebo to dělají schválně...? Máte zaplacenou popelnici, ale aby ji vyvezli, jim musíte vždy připomenout po té co zjistíte, že ji nevyvezli v den kdy měli... V půl páté odpoledne tam již nikdo nepracuje. Lidé po telefonu nepříjemní ... kdyby byla moznost, okamžitě odcházíme k jiné společnosti. Bohužel pro nás tu vyváží kom.odpad jen tato společnost...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovolat se k nim je snad horší než volat do Bílého domu. Jejich pracovní doba je mrzká, horší než státní organizace.Schopnost cokoli řešit na velmi nízké úrovni, co se týká svozu odpadu. Sběrné dvory, jako jedna z mála věcí, jim fungují. Kdyby všechno fungovalo jako AVE, tak tu vypadá jak někde v Somálsku...

The ability to deal with anything at a very low level in terms of waste collection. Collection yards, as one of the few things, work for them. If everything worked like AVE, it looks like somewhere in Somalia ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opět nevyvezené popelnice, které má celá ulice před domem a bude mít zřejmě celý víkend. Odpověď na dotaz, proč nejsou vyvezené a zda to někdo řeší jsem se dozvěděla, že si mám zavolat v pondělí, až tam bude paní vedoucí, která má teď dovolenou. Ale že pak zase má dovolenou dispečer, který zajišťuje svozy. Každopádně nám momentálně popelnice nikdo vyvážet nebude. Mám na adrese i firmu a cena za svoz je každý rok vyšší a nejhorší je, že člověk nemá možnost volby, kdo mu odpad odveze.
