Hned na zacatku musim uvest ze AVG jsem az do 20.4.2017 pouzivala od zacatku jeho vzniku .ALE POZOR na verzi AVG Untimate, jeji instalace zcela splehlive slozila 2 pocitace (W7) ze tri (W10) ale i tam byl problem s instalaci. Vznikle problemy neni s kym resit a chat s robotem na helpdesku to fakt nevytrhne, byt jeho anglictina je uchazejici. Tento uzasny produkt jsem se dva dny pokousela z tech pocitacu dostat, coz se mi nakonec diky mym znalostem povedlo. A velmi rychle jsem tento malware vratila, AVG vratku potvrdilo a pozadalo me o swiftove cislo uctu! (pro zahranicni platby) byt jsem platila prevodem z ceskeho uctu , kde jsou vsechny identifikace platby uvedene. Penize nemam zpet do dneska (do 30ti denni lhuty pro vraceni chybi jeste 5 dnu). AVG si hraje na celosvetovou firmu, ale chybi zakladni sluzby, komunikace a ochota. Tim ze jej nespokojeni zakaznici uveruji nepochybne ani nepotrebuje svuj software prodavat. Takove jednani je u zahranicnich spolecnosti (na kterou si puvodne ceske AVG jenom hraje) pripustne pouze u podvodnych firem. Stiznost na Ceskou obchodni inspekci uz pisu. Such dealings with foreign companies (to which the original Czech AVG is only playing) are admissible only with fraudulent companies. Complaint to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority already.

Povolila jsem vašemu AVG programu čištění disku a totálně jste mi rozhodili SW, musím stále volat svoji Hotline na rešení a opravu problémů. Domluvit se s vámi nedá, na písemné výzvy nikdo nereaguje. Pošlu vám fakturu za to, co mi bude otline účtovat. I'm incredibly upset. I have enabled your AVG disk cleaning program and you have totally dropped my SW, I still have to call my Hotline to solve and fix problems. It is not possible to agree with you, no one responds to written requests. I will send you an invoice for what otline will charge me.

Placenou verzi nelze používat na mobilních zařízeních, přestože firma tvrdí opak – brání mi v přihlášení k účtu (vyzkoušeno na 4 telefonech a tabletech). 4. Nově mi zaplacené AVG odmítá fungovat na PC s Win7 (na Win10 zatím jede, ale obtěžuje reklamami). 5. V odpovědi na recenzi na Google Play se firma zabývá jen sama sebou, problémy arogantně bagatelizuje. Přestože vyzývá ke komunikaci, na e-maily neodpovídá. 6. Pětihvězdičkové recenze na Google Play jsou jedna jako druhá, přesto si je prý firma nevymýšlí sama. Atd. atd. atd. 1. The paid version of the application is the same ad. 2. The scans AVG offers are good and of course the free version sometimes offer you additional (paid) product but no worries about that. The one thing that annoys me incredibly is that every few weeks the whole thing runs the scan and they change my default search engine to yahoo, which absolutely no one uses for the simple reason that any other search engine sucks except duckduckgo and google. Please AVG, do not change my search engine again or tell me how to turn it off. For the rest, thanks for protecting me to virusses for free.
