Už dopředu musím kluky z AWD ohodnotit pěti hvězdičkama. Ani ne hodinu po tom, co jsem tam nechal auto, jsem se dozvěděl, co se mi na něm všechno sype + vysvětlení, kvůli čemu musí motor ven a kvůli čemu zase ne. Takže žádný nečekaný "vyplácněte nám teď xx tisíc navíc, protože tam bylo potřeba udělat tohle a tohle.." :) Díky! A slibuju, že servis už nebudu zanedbávat. :D

Best Subaru service @ Prague, they are focused on service & upgrades, they don't sell new cars. You can discuss everything with the owner.

Did an insurance repair on my car and fixed damage before receiving approval from the insurance provider Kooperativa. This is thoroughly ridiculous and illegal. As a result they fixed problems on my car that werent covered by insurance against my wishes which left me out of pocket. When i bought the car they assured me the car hadnt sustained a frontal crash. Only damage to rear. When i rebuilt the valve head i found the car sustained a significant front smash and required me to source and replace a steel frame support bar (the old one required a 4wd truck to winch and reverse to pry it from the frame (!!!! The car had sustain a serious front on collision before purchase and hadnt been fixed at all). Failing to report this in germany, UK and Australia would be illegal. Not to mention unethical... In brief, these guys are dishonest, liars and average mechanics at best. They failed to diagnose a simple gasket leak from a cylinder leak test I learned as a 18 year old apprentice undoubtedly due to negligence or incompetence (fixed it myself so the work was professional and worthy to sell) and lied about the condition of the car i bought because i falsely believed they had integrity. If you are an expat, trust me....go elsewhere. Used car salesman mentality applies here...scum

Pretty bad. I took my Subaru for technical test there. It was 6 times more expensive but I was hoping that at least they will check more things for the 6x price. At the end of the day when I asked them how is the car their reply was that this was a very basic test and they actually haven't tested much... No brakes... nothing... so for 150 EUR he couldn't tell me a single thing that they have checked on the car which is ridiculous. Ridiculously expensive for what they offer. My personal suggestion is -> Stay away from them. There are at least 3 times cheaper services which can do a better job. Those guys rely only on their name.... As an addition they told me it will take 3 hours and it took them 6 hours.... P.S. As answer to the service. I haven't asked you to SERVICE the car, I took the car for CHECK/INSPECTION.... and at the end you told me that you haven't checked anything because you didn't have time?! + For the LPG, You are a service, It's expected from YOU to ask the questions you need, in order to give me a correct estimate of the price. I am not the guy who knows how you are calculating your prices, so I cannot answer all of your questions before you ask them ! I paid you 4000 CZK, and you didn't even notice that the steering rack has an OIL LEAKAGE and I can kill myself somewhere because of it... even though it's obvious when you look from the bottom. You didn't even check whether the car has brakes... but you gave me a "PASS" that the car is suitable for driving for the next 2 years... if that's not a FRAUD - I dont' know what it is.... Not to mention that you also didn't give me the Stamp in the Car papers, so you told me to keep some other documents together with them in order to be able to prove that My car has STK ... You may try to wash your hands by saying it was someone else's fault, but I paid You to do the job, not someone else.

This is the best car-service i have ever been visiting.. the prices are a little bit expensive, but they are able even to find some spare parts in junkyards!!! i have visited them like 4x time, always perfect and pleasent communication as well as the final result is also perfect. I can just recommend them for everyone who ows subaru car...
