★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Konkrétní hodnocení pro pana Stanislava Knolla a asistentku kanceláře Axa. Pan Knoll převzal klientův rodný list (mám potvrzení o převzetí s podpisem pana Knolla), který ztratil. Jeho následný přístup k problému byl takový, že se víceméně vysmál, že hledat v soupisce nebude, protože by to bylo příliš mnoho práce a že je to vlastně má chyba a příště mám prý dokument poslat raději poštou.
Přístup Axy k problému je takový, že to je věc pana Knolla a že si to mám vyřídit s ním. Udělejte si obrázek, zda této společnosti svěřovat své peníze, cenná data, osobní údaje a další dokumenty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zklamání. Dle nich přijít osobně a před nimi něco podepsat i s občankou v ruce není dostatečné ověření. To je teda divné, že v bankách moje osoba stačí. Prý musím zaslat dokumenty poštou a s ověřeným podpisem, absurdní.
