★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokud Vám zrovna paní poradkyně neuzavírá novou smlouvu, ale pouze dělá servis na stávající smlouvě, nebo (nedejbože) ukončuje původní smlouvu, tak je velmi nepříjemná. Chudáci klienti... Příště budeme všechno raději řešit dopisem a klasickou poštou ?
If the counselor is not just entering into a new contract for you, but only doing service on the existing contract, or (recklessly) terminating the original contract, it is very unpleasant. Poor clients ... Next time we would rather deal with everything by letter and mail ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Odmítavé jednání po telefonu jako bych snad obtěžoval. Na pobočce 1 člověk, který na vás nemá čas. Kam se poděla ochota a nadšení finančních poradců Axa z 90. let? Pokud máte sjednanou schůzku, profesionální jednání a komplexní poradenství.
Refusing to act on the phone seemed to bother me. There is 1 person at the branch who doesn't have time for you. Where did the willingness and enthusiasm of Ax's financial advisors from the 1990s go? If you have an appointment, professional meetings and comprehensive advice.
