★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent two emails, no response. Called them and their agent confirmed they had all the required documents. One week later they email me asking for documents that I had already provided them. This company sucks. Stay away from them. Extremely unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 29/07/2020 we booked a flight trip through Kiwi.com and also an insurance scheme from AXA insurance called Travel Plus (Territorial scope: Worldwide) with a duration of 15 days, refering specifically to the travel to be made.
Unfortunately, due to the CoVid-19 restrictions the insured party is unable to travel to the travel destinations (The flights were cancelled and also due to the CoVid-19 restrictions, even if the flights were not cancelled, it is not possible to visit those countries as a tourist at this period).
After communicating with AXA about receiving a voucher for this insurance scheme for future use/trip, AXA informed us that their cancellation policy does not apply in such cases (i.e. in the case of CoVid-19 pandemic restrictions...). We consider it almost ridiculous (mostly annoying) that the cancellation insurance of AXA does not apply when the insured party is unable to travel due to CoVid-19 restrictions (especially for the insurance program called Travel Plus which is clearly refering to a travel).
As it seems, not all companies are trully professionals... Some companies just want to take your money with any cost, even if you do not receive the services you paid. We express our deepest dissatisfaction and displeasure and clearly we are never again going to cooperate with this insurance "company".

First of all agent could speak fluent English, was super helpful, informing me all the time about what will happen next. When towing service came, they did their job quickly, and a man who helped me was very friendly. I can only recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the worst insurance company. They lie in the policies, in the answers, in the emails. When they don't know what to do anymore they don't even respond. I took out covid insurance, they told me that they would pay me for the flight that I had to buy and that I lost due to illness and I have no answers after 9 months. I am initiating a lawsuit and even so they do not respond.
