Při uzavírání smlouvy slibují vše levně a výhodně a pak je najednou všechno jinak a ještě udělají na člověka podvod za který zaplatí nemalé peníze a nemá vůbec šanci smlouvu ukončit. Jednání lidí na zákaznické lince je velmi arogantní. I do not recommend this company at all. When concluding a contract, they promise everything cheaply and conveniently, and then all of a sudden everything is different and they make a scam for a person for whom they pay a lot of money and have no chance to terminate the contract. The behavior of people on the customer line is very arrogant.

Mě osobně připravili fingovaným souhlasem na dálku o spoustu času a nemalou částku. Jak se jim jednou chytíte do sítě, už se z ní jen těžko dostanete Strong warning - they have been fined 300k for aggressive business practices and are still continuing them. Zákaznická linka de facto nefunkční, čekají pouze na chybu zákazníka. Existence této společnosti je obrazem právní impotence tohoto státu. Důrazně nedoporučuji. Klasický příklad ,,energošmejdů". Jo, něco mi sníží, ale jen když se upíšu na sva roky. A to u konkurence dostanu poloviční. Nebyla to ma volba, ale bohužel, převedl me k nim bývalý dodavatel.. Neseriózní. Nikdy více!!!! Milejší by mi bylo skončit v DPI, to bych alespoň mohla hned odejít.. ? I warn and do not recommend this company !! Does not communicate and does not respond to emails. Prices? Catastrophe. N	Nekro Snake on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pozor!!! Podvodníci a zloději - Neoprávněně koupili mojí smlouvu od Moravské plynárenské, navzdory platné fixaci ceny navýšili cenu za dodávku plynu. Od AZ jsem kvůli porušení smluvních podmínek z jejich strany odešel. Nyní 3týdny po konci splatnosti konečné faktury mi stále dluží 12tisic na přeplatcích, které mi nejsou schopni přes mé urgence vyplatit. Věc budu řešit soudní cestou. Od Eru už dostali pokutu za své vexlácké praktiky, poslal jsem jim nyní i podnět kvůli tomu co předvádějí teď. Attention!!! D	Daniel Křenek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutně nedoporučuji. Byli jsme k nim převedeni bývalým dodavatelem. V průběhu odběru došlo k tomu, že naše odběrné místo převedli na RD Doubravčice a plyn dodávala Pražská energetika. Jasný podvod. Uzavřeli jsme smlouvu s jiným dodavatelem a měli jsem vůbec problém podat výpověď ,jelikož odběrné místo papírově nebylo naše ! Nakonec se nám podařilo výpověď podat. Po ukončení odběru si stáhli zálohu i za další měsíc. Nyní poslali vyúčtování , vyúčtování ani nekomentuji. 500 kč co stáhli po ukončení odběru ani ve vyúčtování není uvedeno, že vyúčtují příště. Mě zajímá ,kdy příště když už u nich nejsme ... Mají vrátit přeplatek + obávám se , že se ho jen tak nedočkáme. Nechápu že tato firma ještě může fungovat na trhu s Energiema. I absolutely do not recommend. We were transferred to them by a former supplier. CZK 500 that they downloaded after the end of the subscription does not even state in the bill that they will bill next time. I wonder when the next time we're no longer with them ... They have to return the overpayment + I'm afraid we won't just see it. I do not understand that this company can still operate in the Energy market.
