Dokonce mi velice ochotny prodavac ukazoval emaily jak si bere vse na starosti jakysi p. Kott majitel, ktery to ale uplne ignoroval, i kdyz jsme uz vsichni meli pres 90 dni veci v reklamaci. Ten mi pote zavolal a rekl, ze na reklamaci nemam narok. I kdyz jsem vedel, ze reklamace byla ze strany dodavatele uznana, nebyl jsem takto jediny, ve stejnou chvili jsme se sesli v obchode 3 zakaznici se stejnym problemem. Kdyby se hodnotili zamestnanci tak dam 5 hvezdicek. Vsechny co jsem tam potkal, tak hodnotili jejich pristup jako fantasticky. Bohuzel majitel posila obchod se skvelou tradici do kopru. I posledni zamestnanec mi sdelil pri vypletu rakety, ze tam konci. A ze nevi, kdo tam bude delat. Nyni je na dverich napsana karantena, ale moc tomu neverim. Jak rikam, tezko tam asi nekoho s timto pristupem sehnali a vzdy kdyz bylo kvuli Covidu zavreno, tak meli zamestnance co zvedal telefony. Ted uz nefunguje nic. A co se tyce vraceni penez z jakehokoliv duvodu, tak to nikdy netrva zakonnou dobu. At je to kvuli reklamacim, nebo za vracene zbozi z eshopu. Prace lidi na prodejne je tak dehonestovana. Takze se ani nedivim reakci te pani pred tydnem. Experience similar to that before the lady, about 6 months ago. I waited for months for the shoe complaint to be settled. Even the very willing salesman showed me the emails of how Mr. Kott, the owner, took care of everything, but he completely ignored it, even though we all had over 90 days of complaints. He then called me and said that I was not entitled to a complaint. Even though I knew that the complaint was acknowledged by the supplier, I was not the only one, at the same time we met in the store 3 customers with the same problem. If the employees were evaluated, I would give 5 stars. Everyone I met there evaluated their approach as fantastic. Unfortunately, the owner strengthened the shop with a great tradition to dill. Even the last employee told me when I missed the rocket that it was over. And he doesn't know who will work there. Now there is a quarantine on the door, but I don't really believe it. As I say, it's hard to find anyone there with this approach, and every time it was closed because of Covid, they had employees picking up the phones. Nothing works now. And when it comes to returning money for whatever reason, it never takes forever. Whether it is due to complaints or for returned goods from the e-shop. The work of the people in the store is so dishonored. So I'm not even surprised by the lady's reaction a week ago.
