★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, z vlastní zkušenosti nemohu doporučit. Jednání ze strany majitele firmy a realitního makléře v jedné osobě p. Zdeňka Cagáška bylo neprofesionální !!!
Po telefonu nám byla nabídnuta 10 denní ústní rezervace nemovitosti s tím, že nám pošle podklady emailem.
Jelikož jsme z Prahy a nemovitost se nacházela v Mikulov, zaúkolovali jsme svou rodinnou známou, která ještě téhož dne šla na prohlídku .
Hned po prohlídce jsme pánovi Cagáškovi volali, telefon nezvedal. Tak jsme mu napsali sms, že nemovitost bereme .
Žádná reakce !!!
Druhý den hned ráno ( pátek ) jsme mu volali znovu a to nám oznámil, že má i jiného zájemce a že se nám ozve v pondělí, co a jak .
No, do dnešního dne se neozval samozřejmě.
POZOR NA JEDNÁNÍ TOHOTO PÁNA A NEJLEPE SI JE HOVOR NAHRÁVAT !!!

 Hello, from my own experience I can not recommend. Negotiations on the part of the owner of the company and a real estate broker in one person, Mr. Zdeněk Cagášek, were unprofessional !!!
We were offered a 10-day oral booking of the property over the phone, sending us the documents by email.
Since we are from Prague and the property was located in Mikulov, we booked our family acquaintance, who went on a tour the same day.
Immediately after the inspection, we called Mr. Cagášek, he did not answer the phone. So we wrote him an sms that we take the property.
No reaction !!!
The next morning (Friday) we called him again and he informed us that he had another applicant and that he would contact us on Monday what and how.
Well, he hasn't called to this day, of course.
BEWARE OF THIS LORD'S ACTION AND IT IS BEST TO RECORD THE CALL !!!
IT NEARS ONE TO HAVE A CLOSED ORAL RESERVATION, BEHAVIOR ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maximálně pozitivní hodnocení z naší strany panu Cagáškovi a firmě AZ Stavba. Většina dělníků a stavebních firem (včetně developerů), se kterými jsem se v životě setkal absolutně nedodržují termíny, je s nimi špatná a zdlouhavá komunikace, k problémům se nestaví čelem, atd.
Tohle ale naštěstí není případ pana Cagáška. Již 2 roky bydlíme v novostavbě, kterou postavili a kdykoli jsme měli k něčemu dotaz, nebo potřebovali něco řešit, tak vždy byla rychlá komunikace a řešení. Ve všem nám vychází vstříc a to velmi oceňujeme. Určitě můžeme doporučit.
Maximum positive evaluation on our part by Mr. Cagášek and the company AZ Stavba. Most workers and construction companies (including developers), whom I have met in my life, absolutely do not meet deadlines, there is poor and lengthy communication with them, they do not face problems, etc.
Fortunately, this is not the case with Mr Cagášek. We have been living in a new building for 2 years, which they built, and whenever we had a question or needed to solve something, there was always quick communication and a solution. It accommodates us in everything and we very much appreciate it. We can definitely recommend.
