It is one of the best pharmacies in Frýdek-Místek. Personál Excellent staff at the level and prices of medicines are significantly lower than in other pharmacies. ??♀️?

The best pharmacy in the wider area. Amazing approach to seniors. They advise and are incredibly nice to customers. I highly recommend and keep my fingers crossed to keep such a great level!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nikdy do této lékárny už nevkročím. Absolutně neprofesionální přístup. S testy na koronavirus velký problém. 2x jsem musela reklamovat krabičku s testy, jelikož chyběly potřebné pomůcky k provedení testu. Při druhé reklamaci mě paní lékarnice chtěla poslat domů, poté zavolala kolegyni, která semnou jednala s daleko lepším přístupem. Ovšem já nemohu za jejich absolutně neprofesionální přístup. Nevěděly co vše má v krabičce být a nebyly schopné se podívat na příbalový leták. Opravdu hrozná zkušenost.
I will never enter this pharmacy again. Absolutely unprofessional approach. A big problem with coronavirus tests. Twice I had to complain about the box with the tests, because the necessary tools to perform the test were missing. During the second complaint, the pharmacist wanted to send me home, then she called a colleague who was dealing with me with a much better approach. However, I cannot blame them for their absolutely unprofessional approach. They did not know what was in the box and were unable to look at the package leaflet. A really terrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na malý hematom mi lékárnice nabídla Lioto 100g gel za 320 Kč, když se podívám na internet ceny jsou mnohem nižší a taky se prodává v menším balení, že platím za něco, čeho víc jak půlku nebudu potřebovat, to je jim jedno, hlavně, když zaplatím co nejvíc.
For a small hematoma, the pharmacist offered me Lioto 100g gel for 320 CZK, when I look at the internet the prices are much lower and it is also sold in a smaller package that I pay for something I won't need more than half, they don't care, especially when I will pay as much as possible.
