S jednáním jsem byla velmi spokojena, ale co mě teď, po 2,5 letech nemile překvapilo, bylo, že sklo za varnou deskou při běžném vaření od páry prasklo. Je to již cca 3 týdny a pavouk je již na půlce plochy za varnou deskou a při každém dalším vaření o kousek postoupí. Nemyslím si, že by se to mělo stávat. Bohužel máme po záruce, tak s tím nemůžeme nic dělat. Čekala jsem ale lepší kvalitu, která déle vydrží. Příště již sklo nezvolíme.
 We had the company tailor-made glass for the line. I was very satisfied with the meeting, but what surprised me now, after 2.5 years, was that the glass behind the hob broke from steam during normal cooking. It's been about 3 weeks and the spider is already halfway behind the hob and advances a bit with each cooking. I don't think that should happen. Unfortunately, we have a warranty, so there is nothing we can do about it. But I expected better quality that will last longer. We will not choose glass next time.

They will NOT pick up the phone on the first or second attempt, and when you make an appointment and come to the place, it is closed during working hours and they do not answer the phone.
