★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personál vstřícný, vyřešili mně problém s ovládáním klimatizace v rámci reklamace, i když auto nebylo zakoupeno u nich .už jsem tam byl u nich na garanční prohlídce a mněl jsem s nimi dobrou zkušenost.Mohu doporučit.
 The staff were helpful, they solved the problem with controlling the air conditioning in the complaint, even if the car was not purchased from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pán byl ochotný, ale nabízeli auto s popiskem "stav odpovídá stáří a najetým kilometrům". 11 let staré auto s najetými ani ne 150tkm by ale nemělo mít shnilý práh a ohnilý celý spodek. Motor byl od vrchu až dolů od oleje a nabídli za to 5k slevu. Auto tam pak stálo ještě pár měsíců než se buď našel nešťastlivec nebo spíš než dali nějakou rozumnější slevu. Kdyby popsali stav tak jak byl (o motoru v oleji nebyla ani zmínka), asi by nebylo co sem psát, cena by ani tak asi nebyla špatná, ale takhle se obchod nedělá, kdo podvádí na začátku, co se od něho dá čekat později?
The lord was helpful, but they offered a car labeled "condition corresponds to age and mileage." But an 11-year-old car with less than 150 tons should not have a rotten sill and a rotten underside. The engine was from top to bottom from the oil and they offered a 5k discount for it. The car then stood there for a few more months before either the unfortunate man was found or rather than giving them a more reasonable discount. If they described the situation as it was (there was no mention of the engine in the oil), there probably wouldn't be anything to write here, the price probably wouldn't be bad anyway, but that's not how business is done, who cheats at the beginning, what can be expected from him later?
