A	Aghni Valášková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reklamovala jsem kocarek 2 mesice zpet a nejen, ze jsem dostala po dobu vyrizovani reklamace nahradni, ale jeste mi pani na servise vse skvele vysvetlila a komunikovali ihned. Reklamaci vyridili kladne a rychle :) I complained the cat 2 months back and not only that I received during the complaint replacement, but still my lady at the service explained everything great and communicated immediately. The complaint was positively and quickly :)

Zneuzili to, ze sme im najprv zaslali fotky a az nasledne po 3 mes. sme im potah poslali fyzicky (vsetko v zarucnej dobre). Spolocnost preto povazujeme za neserioznu, vyhybajucu sa zodpovednosti a preto neodporucame u nej nic nakupovat. The company refused to unequivocally claim the CAM cover, stating that we did not claim it immediately after the damage occurred. They abused that we sent them photos first and then after 3 months. we sent them the cover physically (all in a good place). Therefore, we consider the company to be unreliable, avoiding responsibility and therefore do not recommend buying anything from it.

Britax, které vůbec nedrželo a jejich vyjádření zní : Na výrobku nebyla nalezená popisovaná vada, kolečko z držáku nepadá, žádná závada neshledána. Kolečko se nám vrátilo v horším stavu, než jak jsme ho reklamovali a pokud před tím alespoň jakžtakž drželo, tak po reklamaci nejde ani nasadit. Tak nevím co s tím technik prováděl. Vyjádření píši zřejmě tímto způsobem, aby se tak vyhli své odpovědnosti, v případě že by se jednalo o opětovnou reklamaci a museli to kompenzovat. Nesetkali jsme se s tím u nich bohužel poprvé. Dejte si prosím na to pozor ! Po 11 měsících používání kočárku CAM se nám sesunulo přední kolo z platového ráfku a reklamace byla zamítnuta s vyjádřením technika : Nalezen písek v brzdě. Když jsme chtěli vysvětlit od technika a následně po paní vedoucí, jak může mít brza brzdící zadní kola vliv na sesunuti předního kola,nikdo nám to nebyl schopný vysvětlit. Jejich jednání bylo naprosto arogantní,nikdo se s námi nechtěl bavit, telefon nám skoro zavěsili s tím,že si kolo máme zakoupit. Naprosto NEDOPORUČUJI!!! Už NIKDY VÍCE!! Sice opravu nestihli v 30ti denní lhůtě vyřešit, ale po dobu opravy jsme měli stejný kočárek jako náš v zápůjčce. To, že se oprava nestihla byla chyba výrobce, ne jejich. Jelikož lhůtu nestihli, dostali jsme bez jakýchkoliv problémů úplně nový kočárek vyšší řady, než byl ten náš. Vzhledem k tomu, jak se dnes vše kazí je potřeba vybírat si firmu podle přístupu servisu a tady je přístup perfektní. I have a very positive experience with the service approach. Although they did not manage to solve the repair within 30 days, we had the same pram as ours on loan during the repair. The fact that the repair did not take place was the fault of the manufacturer, not theirs. Since they missed the deadline, we got a brand new stroller higher than ours without any problems. Due to the fact that everything is going wrong today, it is necessary to choose a company according to the service approach and here the approach is perfect.

Sice sedačka je určite dobra ale nieje určená pre deti a preto aby ste ju používali určite nie. V prípade že sa bude zasekávať otočný system alebo niečo iné sa stane tak v servise Vám povedia že ste ju používali a dieťa ju zašpinilo chrumkamy . Takže sedačka britax roamer nieje určená na použivanie deťmi ale musíte ju uložiť do skrine. Greetings to all who are thinking of buying britax romer seats certainly do not do so. Although the seat is certainly good but is not intended for children and therefore to use it certainly not.
