Je tam sice napsáno, že vám přijde náhodný mix, ale nečekala jsem jen 7 vzorků po třech kusech. Po telefonu mi nejdřív pán slíbil, že se do balení podívá a udělá, co bude moct, aby mi zbytek doposlal. Řekl, ať vzorky, co už mám, vyfotím a pošlu. Pak ale přišla odpověď, že mi nic doposílat nebudou a výběr vzorů je náhodný, se 16 typy nemůžu počítat. Nic takového při koupi nezjistíte. Pomohla mi až firma LOS KACHLOS, kam jsem kachličky donesla a ochotný pán mi patchwork doskládal z krásných vzorků, které měl zbytkové. Nemusela jsem je u něj kupovat ani po celých čtverečních metrech. Balení z Bad Idea není možné ani poštou rozumně vrátit, má 17 kg. Přepravou vám ho zpět nevezmou. Po mých protestech mi byla vrácena polovina ceny kachliček s odůvodněním, že je to kompenzace za to, že zboží vlastně poslat zpět reálně nemůžete. Že by snad firma poskytla špatnou službu, si zřejmě nemyslí. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the approach and services of the e-shop. They advertise nice patchowork paving on the site. It has 16 samples of tiles. It says that you will get a random mix, but I did not expect only 7 samples of three pieces. The phone first promised me that he would look in the package and do what he could to send me the rest. He said I should take pictures and send the samples I already have. But then the answer came that they wouldn't send me anything and the selection of patterns is random, I can't count on 16 types. You won't find anything like that when you buy it. The company LOS KACHLOS helped me, where I brought the tiles, and the willing gentleman put the patchwork out of the beautiful samples that he had left over. I didn't have to buy them from him even in square meters. The packaging from Bad Idea cannot be reasonably returned by post, it weighs 17 kg. They won't take it back to you for transport. After my protests, half of the price of the tiles was returned to me on the grounds that it was compensation for the fact that you could not actually send the goods back. He probably doesn't think the company would provide a bad service.
