Kabelky dlouho nevydrží a při reklamaci použijí běžnou hlášku: jedná se o běžné opotřebení. I have bad experience with this shop and even worse experience with complaints. Koupila jsem si cestovní tašku, u které po prvním použití vyjela podšívka ze švů. Přestože jsem uplatnila své právo a požadovala vrácení peněz, nechal majitel tašku "opravit" takovým způsobem, že bych se styděla to ukázat zákazníkovi. Část vyjeté podšívky nebyl opravena vůbec. Takto se mi ji snažil vnutit zpět. Samozřejmě jsem ji nepřijala a celé řízení se tím pádem natahuje, pan majitel zaujal postoj mrtvého brouka a nereaguje. Upozorňuji tímto na velmi nekorektní jednání směrem k zákazníkovi. S. Fatěnová I have been trying to exercise my right from a complaint with this company for more than a month. Part of the used lining was not repaired at all. That's how he tried to force it back on me. Of course, I did not accept it and the whole procedure is thus stretched, the owner took the position of a dead beetle and does not react.
