★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They ran out of one ingredient for our chosen baguette and when we asked for a lower price or to swap the ingredient out for something else, they said it’s not possible. Manager looking older lady was rude, young lady working at the counter was polite but said it’s company policy and they cannot do anything about it.
Place looks normal and clean, not too busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a great sandwich fast food place. Their seasonal items are usually very tasty and the prices overly inflated. The ingredients are ok for a fast food(much better than McDonald's). Their menu has a wider variety of meals than most fast food places. I really recommend visiting in the morning for morning items. Those are my favourite. If you don't know what to get, a great solid choice is Caesar or Bruselská. The last thing I'd recommend is getting the menu as both their primary drink, ice tea, and their primary side, Patatas with tartar sauce, are actually really good.

It’s normal as employees don’t Owen the business so no care about customers end of the day what matter the monthly salary what they get.
PS: To improve the quality of the service, employees should work on commission bases or to hire a guest relation manager who is watching them in hole process of the sale

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baguettes are nice, a bit pricey but they accept meal vouchers. There was a very cool promotion once, basically everything for half the price, I hope they’ll do it again!! Nice place for kids to play. Well located, easy access by bus. Customer service is good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is delicious, especialy breakfast (omelettes). However 3 stars for super slow service. When you are in drive thru waiting for breakfast and there are 3 cars in front of yours, you wait even 15+ minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In love with this place. I bought a meal box for two. It came with potato wedges with two dips, two ice tea and two types of baguettes- Chicken Caeser and Salmon. It was delicious and filling. Highly recommend this place.
