V	Vit Krajicek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bagety obvykle slušné, ale dnes ač jsme byli v prázndé pobočce na D5 v Rudné, tak jsme po odjezdu zjisitili, že na objednávce s pár položkami dokázali "zapomenout" na jedny patatas... Opravdu v dnešní době člověk musí kontrolovat, jestli ho někdo zase neošidil? No nic, konkurence je velká a každý si může vybrat. Takže si příště vyberu jinak i já :) Baguettes usually decent, but today, although we were in an empty branch on the D5 in Rudná, we found out after leaving that on an order with a few items they were able to "forget" one patatas ... didn't he cheat again? Well, the competition is great and everyone can choose. So next time I will choose differently :)
M	Martina Hošková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel každá zkušenost s touto pobočkou je veliké zklamání. Pokaždé a to doslova v objednávce něco chybí, je studená a nebo připraví jiný produkt. Na drivu i když je prázdný čekáme přes15 minut a pak je objednávka stejně studená-což nechápeme. Brambory dostaneme bez tatarky, potom prosíme bagetu například bez zeleniny, na to nám ještě pán v mikrofonu řekne, že není problém že si to napíše. Pak přijedeme domů a mame úplně zkaženou objednávku. Bohužel tady není ani telefonní číslo, abychom mohli zavolat. Bohužel se nám touto pobočkou zprotivila celá Bageterie. Určitě nikomu nedoporučíme tuto pobočku navštívit a ani my už se tam nestavíme. To radši doporučím Mc'donalds hned vedle,kde se snaží o opravdu rychlý servis a se vším se snaží vyjít vstříc. Doufám, že se k tomu vyjádří někdo z vedení. Unfortunately, any experience with this branch is a big disappointment. Every time, literally, something is missing from the order, it is cold or another product is prepared. We wait over 15 minutes on the drive, even if it's empty, and then the order is just as cold - which we don't understand. We will get the potatoes without the tartare, then we ask for a baguette without vegetables, for example, and the gentleman in the microphone will tell us that it is not a problem for him to write it down. Then we come home and we have a completely spoiled order. Unfortunately, there is not even a phone number so we can call. Unfortunately, the whole Baguette against us was opposed by this branch. We will definitely not recommend anyone to visit this branch and we will not stop there either. I'd rather recommend Mc'donalds next door, where he tries to get really fast service and tries to accommodate everything. I hope that someone from the management will comment on this.

Vše OK. Při první návštěvě dost řvala hudba, což teď už Ok . Příjemné francouzské písničky v rozumném volume. We were here for the third time and satisfaction. Vše chutné, teplé, tak jak to má být. Na cenu ať si každý udělá názor sám, za mě v pořádku. Spousta parkovacích míst v okolí provozovny. New BB branch, this time also drive options. Snídaně u nich mám odzkoušené a na některých místech je mají zvládnuté skvěle. Tady ne! Jak muffin tak croissant působí značně neupravené a znavené. Chuť byla ucházející, káva v pořádku. Zároveň, když vám v prostoru pro hosty sedí tři manažeři s počítači a nahlas se baví, tak to prostě působí neprofesionálně a vůči hostovi nehezky. Byl jsem i svědkem události, kdy pracovník přinesl svému vedoucímu ukázat několik spalenych muffinovych housek.
