Short version: Avoid a big arc, a pity that doesn't go dat a minus asterisk. Long version: In mid-September, I had rims sanded in this tire service. Mr. Bajer promised that this will be done in approx. 2 weeks and also promised to bid for new tires, along with a deadline to change, so I do not have to wait. On the basis of this offer I had to think about whether to buy tires from him or elsewhere. Unfortunately, the deadline was constantly postponed and also did not send a quotation. I bought the tires myself elsewhere, as there was no point in waiting for Mr. Bajer's offer. Because of the constant shifting, I had to reorganize my schedule and follow up on this and other people. I called him several times and promised to call back. He never called. Finally, the rims were sandblasted in 6 weeks and still scolded me that I didn't buy tires from him. It is difficult to buy when the seller does not give you the price in advance and the winter is coming soon. Of course the deadline for changing the car didn't give me. Perhaps he was angry that he couldn't sell me the Indian GT Radial for the Michelin price he had tried before. He didn't even apologize for waiting, and finally raised his voice, scolding me that I had sanded the rims, but bought the tires elsewhere. At the same time I paid for the sanding and the fact that he did not send me the price of new tires was only his fault. But he didn't want to hear this and kept raising his voice. I went there to shift the "family fleet", I'd rather go somewhere where she can behave normally and not raise her voice. Mr. Bajer should close for a few days and pay for some training, something in terms of positive communication with the customer. In this way, a salesman, a craftsman, may have behaved before 1989, when there was no competition, but nowadays, when there are a lot of tire services around, it is not worth undergoing. Unless the buyer is a macochista.

I can only recommend. Great service, speed, washed wheels, very good price. It is just worth driving a short distance beyond Kroměříž.
