P	Pavel Weichert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kuchař odvedl famózní výkon (vývar, hovězí steak i kachní prso jedna báseň), hodnotil bych šesti hvězdami z pěti; škoda, že slečny servírky (jinak pohledné a fajn) to celé degradovaly na úroveň hospody 3. cenové... Jestli to byly brigádnice a třeba se zlepší...? Slečna, co nás měla na starosti nebyla schopna k pokrmům dát bližší informace, nebyla s to si zapamatovat, kolik chceme polévek (byli jsme tam u stolu dva), k jídlu v menu již v základu nabízenému s přílohou mi ještě chtěla nabízet další přílohu, na místo doppia přinesla presso a při objednávce čokoládového poháru (opět nabízeného v menu) se ptala, jaké zmrzliny do něj chci... a na závěr při placení ani nepřinesla účet. Nevím, jestli žena měla na jablečný závin s rozinkami smůlu, ale dostala spíš rozinkový zavin bez jablek... Takže věřím, že obsluha neměla den a příště to bude lepší, jídlo mohu jen doporučit, (dezerty moc ne, ale průšvih to vyloženě nebyl), ale 5 hvězd díky obsluze dát nemůžu. The chef performed a famous performance (broth, beef steak and duck breast one poem), I would rate six stars out of five; It's a pity that the waitress girls (otherwise handsome and nice) degraded the whole thing to the level of a 3rd prize pub ... If they were part-time workers and maybe they would get better ...? The young lady who was in charge of us was not able to give more information about the dishes, she was not able to remember how many soups we wanted (there were two of us at the table), she wanted to offer me another side dish to eat in the menu already offered with the side dish, instead of doppia, she brought a presso and when ordering a chocolate cup (again offered in the menu), she asked what ice cream I wanted in it ... and in the end, she didn't even bring an account when paying. I don't know if the woman was unlucky for apple strudel with raisins, but she got rather raisin strudel without apples ... So I believe that the staff didn't have a day and next time it will be better, I can only recommend the food, (not much desserts, but it was definitely not a problem ), but I can't give 5 stars thanks to the service.

Hlavní důvod je, že restaurace Balustráda má velmi přívětivý personál, vždy popřejí dobrou chuť a úsměv na tváři jim nechybí. Mají výborné občerstvení a místo k odpočinku. Také mají výhodné ceny. Tahle restaurace je jedna z mých oblíbených a proto Vám ji doporučuji Děkuji za příjemné posezení. Určitě Vás v nejbližší době znovu navštívím. Hello, I have to share with you my opinion on the Balustráda restaurant and café. I recommend you visit it in advance for several reasons. The main reason is that the Balustráda restaurant has a very friendly staff, they always wish you good taste and they do not lack a smile on their face. They have excellent snacks and a place to relax. They also have good prices. This restaurant is one of my favorites and therefore I recommend it. Thank you for a pleasant stay. I will definitely visit you again in the near future.

Kladně hodnotím sympatickou obsluhu a kdyby bylo více hvězdiček za naprosto dokonale jídlo tak je udělím. Ochutnali jsme krkovičku, kureci steak s ratatouile, bůček, svíčkovou s výborným karlovarským knedlíkem. Vše bylo skvělé. Žádné umelotiny, ale poctivá kuchyně. Domácí limonáda zde také stojí za to, není to jen šťáva s vodou, jak je někde zvykem draze prodat. Ráda bych doplnila, že v cukrarne/ kavárně najdete skvělou zmrzlinu ? opravdu Balustrádu doporučuji ? I have a great feeling from the restaurant. Absolutely great place where the spa atmosphere breathes. They appreciate the friendly service positively, and if there were more stars for the food perfectly, I would award it. We tasted the neck, chicken steak with ratatouille, pork belly, sirloin with excellent Karlovy Vary dumplings. Everything was great. No artificial art, but honest cuisine. Homemade lemonade is also worth it here, it's not just juice with water, as it is customary to sell expensively somewhere. I would like to add that you will find a great ice cream in the confectionery / cafe ? I really recommend Balustrade ?
M	Martin Vit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dne 25.6.2021 jsem v podvečerních hodinách navštívil restauraci Balustráda a byl jsem v dnešní hektické době mile překvapen přístupem ochoty personálu který mě ochotně s úsměvem obsloužil,vše proběhlo na vysoké úrovni od úsměvu přes komunikaci až po donesení jídla a popřání dobré chuti.Přeji ať máte i nadále tak ochotný personál a dobré jídlo.Odcházel jsem jako spokojený zákazník.Děkuji a budu se příště těšit na další příjemnou návštěvu a posezení.Tuto restauraci jen doporučuji,je to příjemné místo k odpočinku a zároveň vaří velmi dobře za příznivé ceny ? On June 25, 2021, I visited the Balustráda restaurant in the early evening and I was pleasantly surprised in today's hectic times by the attitude of the willingness of the staff who willingly served me with a smile, everything went on a high level you still have such helpful staff and good food.I left as a satisfied customer.Thank you and next time I look forward to another pleasant visit and sitting.This restaurant I only recommend, it is a nice place to relax while cooking very well at reasonable prices ?
V	Vass on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obsluha naprosto strašná. Neumí se chovat k hostům. Plete objednávky, úplně mimo. Jen na ně pořád čekate. Pivo neumějí načepovat. Skleničky špinavé od rtěnky, fuj. Opravdu s tím něco dělejte. Jídlo velice dobré. Tatarák boží!!! Kuchař je velice na úrovni a obsluha to celé kazí. Velice příjemné posezení na terase s pěkným výhledem na kolonádu. The service is absolutely terrible. He can't treat guests. He confuses orders, completely out. You're just waiting for them. They can't pour beer. Glasses dirty from lipstick, yikes. Really do something about it. Food very good. Tartar of God !!! The chef is very up to date and the staff spoils the whole thing. Very pleasant sitting on the terrace with a nice view of the colonnade.

The waiter let us sit down, watching from the next table with a beer in hand, and then she came to a stop to let us know she wasn't cooking.

Mají polední výběr a pak minutky od 15hod. Porce jsou velké a jídlo skvělé! Měli jsme svíčkovou, kachnu se zelím, vývar a tataráček. Káva i mátový čaj byly taky super. A mají Kofolu! Visited 2.8.2021_We stopped here for lunch, hide from the rain. The menu is not very rich, but everyone will definitely choose. They have a lunch selection and then minutes from 3 p.m. The portions are large and the food great! We had sirloin, duck with cabbage, broth and tartare. Coffee and mint tea were great too. And they have Kofola!
