Best Vietnamese restaurant in Czech

A	Arkadius on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jadąc z Kutnej Hory trasą 38 w kierunku A1 i będąc naprawdę głodnym skręciłem do miasteczka Čáslav. Na rynku zatrzymując się nie szukałem specjalnie lokalu, tylko skorzystałem z pierwszej lepszej gastronomicznej możliwości czyli Banana Kitchen. Mały lokal, prowadzony rodzinnie, nie wygląda rewelacyjnie, za to trzeba przyznać że posiłki są przygotowywane na świeżo a że kuchnia jest odsłonięta można rzucić okiem co i jak jest robione. Zamówiliśmy Nem Ram Tom (Sajgonki), Tom Tam Bot Chien (krewetki smażone), Ga Xao Nam (kurczak z pędami bambusa i grzybami) wraz z Mi Xao (opiekanym makaronem) oraz Lon Xao Cay (pikantna wieprzowina) z Com Trang (gotowanym ryżem). Wszystko było smaczne, jedynym ale jest wielkość porcji - trzeba mieć drugi żołądek bo porcje były ogromne. Jedyne co kiepsko wychodzi to komunikacja z obsługą i brak możliwości dokonywania płatności kartą płatniczą lub kredytową. Driving from Kutná Hora along route 38 towards A1 and being really hungry, I turned to the town of Čáslav. When I stopped in the market, I did not look for a place, but used the best gastronomic possibility, i.e. Banana Kitchen. A small place, run by a family, does not look great, but you have to admit that the meals are prepared fresh and that the kitchen is open, you can see what and how it is done. We ordered Nem Ram Tom (Spring rolls), Tom Tam Bot Chien (fried shrimp), Ga Xao Nam (chicken with bamboo shoots and mushrooms) along with Mi Xao (fried noodles) and Lon Xao Cay (spicy pork) with Com Trang (boiled rice ). Everything was tasty, but the only thing is the portion size - you have to have a second stomach because the portions were huge. The only thing that is bad is communication with the service and the inability to make payments with a payment or credit card.
