★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi špatná komunikace. Pan jednatel ...ek velmi arogantní, vůbec nechápu, jak někdo takový může vést firmu. Kvalita provedení stavby žádná sláva... Celkově tedy výsledek celkem dobrý, ale cesta velmi trnitá...
Very poor communication. Mr. executive ... very arrogant, I do not understand how anyone such can lead the company. Quality of construction of the building no glory ... Overall, the result quite good, but the way very thorny ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší stavební společnost na světě!!! Rozhodně si od nich nic nenechávejte stavět, co můžou, to pokazí! Dávejte si na všechno bacha a všechno si pořádně zkontrolujte, protože pokud to nebudete kontrolovat, tak vám tam všechno udělají špatně!! S nimi už nikdy v životě nechci mít nic společného!!!
The worst construction company in the world !!! Definitely don't let them build anything they can, it will go wrong! Watch everything and check it out properly, because if you don't check it out, they'll make everything go wrong! I never want to have anything in common with them again !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baracom...koupila jsem si byt přes Razku v Tachově. V bytě samé chyby, spousta věcí odfláknutá a řešit něco se slečnou Peškovou je katastrofa. Heslo firmy zřejmě zní AROGANCE k zákazníkovi na prvním místě!!! Už bych do koupi bytu od nich nikdy nešla! Jsem znechucená a z nového bydlení nemám ani žádnou radost, stále se něco s*re...a stále není něco dodělaného a bůh ví, jestli někdy vůbec doděláno bude. Kupovala jsem byt v Praze od stavební společnosti Mramorka...nedá se absolutně srovnat, tam komunikace běžela na úrovni a hlavně v bytě jsem nikdy neměla žádný problém.
Baracom byla chyba!
Baracom ... I bought an apartment through Razka in Tachov. The apartment itself is a mistake, a lot of things sloppy and solving something with Miss Peskova is a disaster. The company's motto is probably AROGANCE to the customer in the first place !!! I would never buy an apartment from them again! I'm disgusted and I'm not even happy with my new home, there's still something with * re ... and there's still something done and God knows if it'll ever be done at all. I bought an apartment in Prague from the construction company Mramorka ... it is absolutely unparalleled, the communication there was running on the level and especially in the apartment I never had any problem.
Baracom was a mistake!
