★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here since 10 years. Today for the first time with my son in a buggy. When we entered they looked like us like I've just escaped from prison and complained there was no space for a sleeping boy in a buggy.. Empty and space for a complete soccer team..Biggest mistake: starting to swear in Czech and think I don't understand.. STAY AWAY!!

I went to cut my daughters hair(3 and half years old) and the lady who took her was bored beyond belief, making us feel like tyrans for asking her to cut my daughters hair. Even though we asked to cut only 1cm she ended up cutting almost all of her hair. Towards the end of the cutting she picked up another comb, and few seconds later she jumped and screamed that she found a lice and had to kill it. I want to mention that my daughter has such thin hair, that if she would have had any lices it would have been visible from the beginning. She left her with wet hair refusing to blow dry it, while outside are 3 degrees and windy and urging us to get out immediately. I refused to go out until i tried to dry her hair with my hat. In the meantime because i was making a scene that it is unacceptable to leave a 3 year old kid with wet hair on this weather, another lady came to check my daughter for liceses. Of course she hasn’t found any. Horrible service.

- fast;
- long opening hours (at least in theory, according to other reviews);
- relatively short waiting time, on a Monday morning;
- no appointment;
- cheap
- even if the staff doesn't seem to speak English, I managed to get my hair cut. (One can imagine the result).
Not so great:
- no card payments;
- Maybe not the most gentle haircut I got, but at least it was fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It always depends on who precisely takes care of you here. There are a few hairdressers, who are amazing, a few mediocre and a few not-so-good. Most of the time it's worth the money though. Especially when you opt in for hair washing as well. One time I walked in and asked one lady for a Chris Hemsworth haircut from Thor: Ragnarok with pictures on my phone and everything. She immediately said refused, saying that it's too complicated and called her younger colleague, who was the complete opposite. We had a great time together making the hairstyle perfect and in the end not only was I happy with the result, but also genuinely felt good about the experience itself. Would recommend, but you never know who you get if you don't specifically ask for someone you know.
