Za každou cenu nám nebyly nuceny nejdražší produkty jak to někde bývá. Vše bráno s profesionalitou a rozumem. Určitě zde zase boty vybereme. We were here for baby shoes. Although we arrived without prior order, we waited very shortly. The staff were helpful, helped, advised. At all costs, we were not forced to do the most expensive products, as is the case somewhere. All taken with professionalism and reason. We will definitely choose shoes here again.
J	Jana Málková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do Barefoot botek jsme jeli již podruhé. Vybrat botičky pro dceru. Ačkoliv si špatně zvyká na rychlé změny prostředí proběhlo měření nožek rychle i profesionálně. Oceňuji paní prodavačku za její trpělivost a ochotu. Změřila nožku, přinesla pravděpodobně padnoucí botičky a nechala nás s plačící malou v klidu aby si zvykla na prostor a mohla botičky zkusit. Z povzdálí pozorovala chůzi malé a pak už jsme jen doladily detaily včetně péče o boty. Při naší druhé návštěvě jsem už věděla že přístup je tu skvělý a že se nemusíme bát nechat si poradit. Malá opět měření proplakala. Každopádně velmi oceňuji snahu najít vhodné zimní boty (dcera má aktuálně mezi velikost) a i když se nepodařilo nalézt nikdo nám nenutil jiné nevhodné alternativy. Ve čtvrtek pozdě večer jsem objednala ještě z eshopu botky které nebyly na prodejně skladem a hned v pátek ráno byly předány dopravci. Za mě naprosto profesionální obsluha, krásné prostředí s hracím koutkem a skvělý výběr. Do obchodu to máme 60 km a stejně nás tato vzdálenost neodradí od další návštěvy. On our second visit, I already knew that the approach was great and that we did not have to be afraid to get advice. The small measurements cried again. In any case, I very much appreciate the effort to find suitable winter boots (my daughter is currently among the size) and even though we could not find anyone, we did not force us other suitable alternatives. Late on Thursday evening, I ordered shoes from the e-shop that were not in stock at the store and were handed over to the carrier on Friday morning. For me, absolutely professional service, beautiful environment with a play area and a great selection. We have 60 km to the store and this distance will not discourage us from another visit. Thank you

I přes rezervaci se nám paní prodavačka, která si nás vzala na starost a měla poradit, nevěnovala, starší absolutně znechutila zkoušení bot a roční dcerce (koupě prvních botiček) donesla boty, nechala jí tam 10 minut chodit a bez zmínky odešla obsluhovat další zákazníky, kteří přišli po nás, a vyřizovat objednávky k pokladně. Když si opět na nás udělala po době čas, malá si sedla na zem, jelikož jí už chození po té době nebavilo a jediné, co nám paní prodavačka řekla bylo, ať hlavně malá ty boty neošoupe. Mezi tím opět podávala boty dalšímu zákazníkovi a když jsme se ptali, zda tedy malé boty sedí, tak to dorazila odpovědí, že podle rozměrů ano. Takto profesionální přístup od personálu obchodu, kde nechám za boty pro dvě dcery několik tisíc korun, nevypadá. A rezervační systém též postrádal smysl, když ve výsledku na zákazníka nemají čas. When she made time for us again after a while, the little one sat on the floor, because she no longer enjoyed walking after that time, and all the saleswoman told us was not to let the little ones slip on those shoes. In the meantime, she handed the shoes to another customer again, and when we asked if the small shoes fit, the answer came that according to the dimensions, yes. This professional approach from the store staff, where I leave several thousand crowns for shoes for two daughters, does not look like that. And the reservation system also made no sense when they didn't have time for the customer as a result.
M	Matouš Bauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak sem si to stálo udělat cestu. V sobotu doporučuji udělat rezervaci. Jinak v týdnu není asi nápor takový nebo jsem ho tam nezažil. Pro boty jsme tam už byly několikkrát. Vždy ochotný a milý personál. Parkování je možné před odchodem. So it cost me a trip. I recommend making a reservation on Saturday. Otherwise, there is probably no such onslaught during the week or I have not experienced it there. We have been there several times for shoes. Always helpful and kind staff. Parking is possible before departure.

Both criteria were more then fulfilled in Barefoot Botky. They have pretty much every major brand there is. And the biggest plus is the professional knowledge of all the staff members. Everyone from the team takes a lot of time to really find the fitting shoe. If there is no fitting shoe at the moment, there is no selling at every cost. We are so happy to have found this store. Many thanks for the great work! Our little son has now his third shoe already.
