P	Pavel Mizera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zajímavý showroom podlah všeho druhu. Ochotný personál který není vlezly ale nechá vás v klidu rozmyslet. Dobrý výběr vinylu ale určitě ještě zkuste breno, a porovnejte. Ceny standart, zjistil jsem že podlahy jsou všude stejně drahé. Interesting showroom of all kinds of floors. Helpful staff who are not crawled but let you think twice. A good selection of vinyl but certainly still try breno, and compare. Prices standard, I found that the floors are everywhere equally expensive.
V	Vojtěch Faltus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opravdu hodně špatná zkušenost. S Barkotexem spolupracuje společnost Finep, od které jsme měli byt. Známí byli s Barkotexem spokojeni, my bohužel nikoli. Po pokládce podlahy jsme měli na několika místech poničenou malbu bytu (i v místě, kde se pokládal jen koberec, ne jen tam, kde byl vinyl) a naštípnuté vnitřní dveře. Barkotex dveře popřel, spravil jen malbu. Do bytu přitom po celou dobu nikdo jiný nevstupoval. Předávací protokol při zahájení prací se mnou nikdo nepodepsal, na byt se nikdo nepodíval. Po hádkách Barkotex souhlasil, že milostivě uhradí cenu dveří a já dopravu. Když jsem zjistil, že doprava a montáž stojí stejně jako ty dveře, tak jsem výměnu raději oželel, protože z Barkotexu bych celou částku vč. dopravy stejně nedostal. V podlaze navíc máme vypouklinu, podlaha je nejdřív rovná a pak se svažuje. Jenže to by znamenalo ji prakticky celou předělat, což už u Barkotexu po výše popsané zkušenosti odmítáme riskovat. Při předání bytu jen nátlak na to, abych podepsal předávací protokol, že je dílo bez vad. Pokud by vám tedy měla podlahy pokládat parta kolem pana Viktory, zaměstnance Barkotexu, raději se jim vyhněte. Důkladně také zkontrolujte byt před a po pokládce podlahy a nechte si od Barkotexu písemně potvrdit. Showroom a proces výběru byl ale v pořádku. A really bad experience. Finep, from whom we were supposed to be, cooperates with Barkotex. The acquaintances were satisfied with Barkotex, unfortunately we did not. After laying the floor, we had damaged the painting of the apartment in several places (even in the place where only the carpet was laid, not only where the vinyl was) and the interior doors were chipped. Barkotex denied the door, correcting only the painting. No one else entered the apartment at all times. No one signed the handover protocol with me, no one looked at the apartment. After quarrels, Barkotex agreed to mercifully pay the price of the door and I to transport. When I found out that the transport and assembly cost the same as the door, so I prefer to exchange, because from Barkotex I would have the whole amount incl. transport anyway. In addition, the floor has a bulge, the floor is first straight and then slopes. But that would mean practically the whole remake, which after Barkotex after the experience described above refuse to risk. When handing over the apartment only the pressure to sign the handover protocol that the work is free from defects. So if you have a floor around Mr. Viktory, a Barkotex employee, you'd better avoid it. Also check the apartment thoroughly before and after laying the floor and have Barkotex confirmed in writing. But the showroom and selection process was fine.
D	Dana Buriánová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jak se tak dívám na ostatní recenze, hned mi to cvaklo. Pokud se do Barkotexu dostanete jako soukromý odběratel, nejspíš není s ničím problém. Pokud se tam dostanete prostřednictvím některého ze "spolupracujících" developerů, hned je přístup jiný. Na prodejně probíhalo vše relativně v pořádku. Přístup prodejců také. Ovšem, když nám konečně dodali podlahu (měli jsme 2 typy - vinyl/laminát), přivezli lišty pouze k vinylu (jedna místnost v domě). Byli jsme z toho dost zaskočeni, jelikož jsme jak blbečci vybírali odstíny lišt a vlastně k ničemu. Přechodové lišty nebyly součástí vůbec..... A že by nás někdo informoval o tom, že lišty k laminátovým podlahám nedodávají? Bohužel nikoli... Proto špatná recenze z naší strany. A bohužel další věc, podlahu máme půl roku a ve vinylu je několik škrábanců (a to se k podlaze opravdu chováme ohleduplně..) Na to, že by měl být vinyl za tu cenu odolný, jsme opravdu zklamáni. . If you get there through one of the "cooperating" developers, the approach is different immediately. Everything went relatively well in the store. Reseller access as well. However, when they finally delivered the floor to us (we had 2 types - vinyl / laminate), they brought the slats only to the vinyl (one room in the house). We were quite surprised by it, because we, like idiots, chose the shades of the moldings and actually useless. The transition strips were not a part at all ..... And that someone would inform us that the strips do not supply laminate floors? Unfortunately not ... That's why a bad review on our part. And unfortunately another thing, we have the floor for half a year and there are a few scratches in the vinyl (and we really treat the floor with consideration ..) We are really disappointed that the vinyl should be durable at that price. .
P	Petra Adamcova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profesionalita, rychlost jednani, trpelivost. Jak by to melo byt. Veliky vyber a vysoka kvalita. Vybrali jsme drevene parkety do naseho maleho pensionu a jsou opravdu prvotridni. Tez drevene listy bile barvy jsou famozni <3 Kdyby tak vsechny firmy v Cechach pracovali jako Barkotex tak by to byl raj .... Professionalism, speed of action, patience. How it should be. Great choice and high quality. We chose wooden parquet for our small guest house and are really first class. Also wooden leaves of white color are familly <3 If all the companies in Bohemia worked as Barkotex it would be a paradise ....
A	Azrael Nemesis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na to abych se otočil na podpatku, mi stačila arogantní a VELICE nepříjemná slečna(pizda) za recepcí. Svých 200.000 Kč za podlahu jsem utratil, jinde. The arrogant and VERY unpleasant girl (pizda) behind the reception was enough for me to turn on my heel. I spent my 200,000 CZK on the floor, elsewhere.
T	Tonda Krist on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel přístup Barkotexu se v poslednich letech změnil. Na dvou předchozích starších projektech bylo vše skvělé. Developerské projekty Finepu teď ale sekají jako Baťa cvičky a je to vidět nejen na kvalitě ale i celkovém přístupu. Přikládám pro představu fotky i části realizace. Samozřejmě jsme reklamovali, ale u Barkotexu jedna ruka teď neví co dělá druhá a nejsou schopni si předat informace mezi reklamačním technikem a člověkem co to přišel opravovat. Výsledek je takový, že po 6 týdnech tam jen jednou přišel člověk z jejich montážní firmy a řekl, že je to hrozně udělané a že je třeba to celé přelištovat. Na to nám Barkotex udělal klasickou nabídku, ne jako řešení formou reklamace. Celý dojem fakt mizerný. Nehledě na drzost reklamačního technika, který viděl jen fotky a prý je vše způsobeno vlhkostí a tapetama atd. Unfortunately, Barkotex's approach has changed in recent years. On two previous projects, everything was great. Finep's development projects are now mowing like Bata's shoes, and it's not only the quality but also the overall approach. I attach to the picture a part of the realization. Of course we complained, but with Barkotex one hand now does not know what the other is doing and they are unable to pass on the information between the claimant and the person who came to repair it. The result is that after 6 weeks, there was only once a man from their assembly company and said that it is terribly done and that it is necessary to re-plot it. This is what Barkotex has done for us, not as a complaint. The whole impression really crappy. Regardless of the boldness of the reclaiming technique, which has seen only photos and is said to be all due to moisture and wallpaper, etc.

The flooring initially looked fine, however after 1 month bulges started to appear in between each floor plank. The entire floor in each room of the apartment is affected and looks terrible. After months of communication with Barkotex and the flooring manufacture, they took no responsibility for the problem and only offered a small discount should I wish to replace the entire floor! Do not use this company!
