★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paní byla nepříjemná, opakovaně mě poučovala o tom, co a jak jsem měla udělat, nakonec po dvou týdnech při vyzvednutí objednávky oznámila neočekávaný doplatek, protože prý musela čištění provést dvakrát. Neustále opakovala, jak strašná to byla práce a že kdyby to věděla dopředu, vůbec by moji objednávku nepřijala.
Přesně proto jsem tam ale dopředu volala a pak se přišla osobně domluvit. Nechápu tohle jednání. Skvrny navíc nejsou vyčištěné.
Sem už rozhodně znova nepřijdu.
The lady was uncomfortable, she repeatedly taught me what and how to do, finally after two weeks when picking up the order, she announced an unexpected surcharge, because she said she had to do the cleaning twice. She kept saying how horrible the job was, and that if she had known in advance, she would not have accepted my order at all.
That's exactly why I called there in advance and then came to talk in person. I do not understand this action. In addition, the stains are not cleaned.
I will definitely not come here again.
