A	Adéla Urychová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Měli jsme tu drzost, že jsme přišli v sobotu. Ačkoliv do zavíračky zbývalo ještě 45 minut, paní prodavačka už pro jistotu vytírala. Když jsme se zeptali, zda mají otevřeno, bez pozdravu a bez úsměvu nás pustila dovnitř, že nás tedy obslouží. To se však nestalo, když zjistila, že chceme barvu opět bez úsměvu a bez omluvy nám dost rázně řekla, že barvu nám teď rozhodně míchat nebude, že to není tak jednoduchý proces a že by to nestihla. Otráveně dodala, že si máme přijít v pondělí RÁNO, že nám barvu namíchá. Kdyby se obchod nejmenoval Barvy a laky, možná bych ještě pochopila technickou nemožnost úkonu, co však nepochopím je toto jednání se zákazníkem - jako že jsme se zbláznili, když si jdeme koupit barvu do barev. Pokud personál v sobotu spěchá domů, doporučuji zkrátit otevírací dobu např. o půl hodiny (se zajištěním kompletní obsluhy zákazníků) a zbylý čas pracovní doby ponechat na úklid a údržbu. When we asked if they were open, without greeting and without a smile, she let us in to serve us. However, this did not happen when she found out that we wanted the color again without a smile and without an apology she told us quite vigorously that she would definitely not mix the color for us now, that it was not such a simple process and that she would not make it. Annoyed, she added that we should come on Monday morning, that she was mixing the color for us. If the shop wasn't called Paints and Varnishes, I might still understand the technical impossibility of action, but what I don't understand is this dealings with the customer - like we're crazy going to buy paint for paints. If the staff is in a hurry home on Saturday, I recommend shortening the opening hours by, for example, half an hour (with complete customer service) and leaving the remaining working hours for cleaning and maintenance. I absolutely do not recommend ?
