For a few years I only changed money in this exchange office. I changed my money every month and it wasn't exactly a small amount of money. I always gladly recommended Mr. Base to other friends, because they had good courses and the gentleman was very nice and helpful, I even received Christmas gifts in the form of small champagne or chocolate, very nice approach. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about Mrs. Base's wife, so I think she's a wife if she doesn't, so I'm sorry in advance. Money is now circulating through foreign exchange accounts, so we change money very little. When I was in the exchange office asking if the lady could turn me 500 € I met with reluctance and unpleasant behavior. So I left with the feeling that I was no longer that lucrative customer. If the exchange office does not convert money into smaller ones, I can understand it, but I would expect a nicer approach, for example, sorry, don't be angry, but we do not provide these services or something similar. But not I don't, I don't. I left without answering the goodbye, reminding me that I had left little money there. You work with people and I think a bit of grace, a smile wouldn't hurt. It's always all about willingness. I am very sorry about this review because I was a long-time customer and I really did not expect such negotiations. Unfortunately, today's consumption period is about that. Perhaps I have no understanding for such behavior, because in working with my husband to treat our clients always professionally, what we think about clients is the second thing, when we can not accommodate them, we always give them a decent explanation of the situation. This creates a professional relationship and attitude.
