M	Marketa Hornakova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byla jsem vždy spokojená, ale ve chvíli kdy chcete reklamovat obuv kterou máte necelé dva měsíce, jste tam už podruhé na reklamaci a paní vedoucí mi do očí řekne že vadu na obuvy nevidí, když se zeptáte jakou máte šanci na vrácení peněz tak Vám odpoví že pokud nemáte tři stejné opravy po sobě tak můžete chodit klidně celý rok na reklamace budete mít obuv více na reklamaci než doma celou slepovanou a to je prý v pořádku a nemáte šanci na žádné odvolání, je velice nepříjemná a na další otázky už neodpoví a kouká do počítače. Já chápu že má asi nějaké instrukce a asi bohužel pro nás, neměla paní dobrý den ale určitě by to šlo bez arogance, kde je slušné chování. Za nás Baťa v Benešově propadl díky tomuto incidentu. For us Baťa in Benešov fell due to this incident.
