★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosta katastrofa. Obsluha mi nevydala poukazky, protoze je vedouci na poste! Mam prijit jindy...? Servis zakaznikum nula. Pokouzky pujdu vyzvednout do jine obuvi, kde si vazi zakaznikum. Obsluha se ani neomluvila, pry za to nemuzou. Navstevu opravdu nedoporucuji!
A complete disaster. The attendant didn't give me vouchers because they're in charge! Should I come some other time ...? Customer service zero. I will pick up the attempts in other shoes where the customer is valued. The staff didn't even apologize, they can't blame them. I really do not recommend visiting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst custumer service ever. They were trying to cheat on me, I had to fight for my rights when I wanted to exchange the pair of shoes I ordered online and it has arrived broken. They didn't want to accept the change with no charge even though that's what Bata co. claims to all custemers on its website. These ladies in the store were fighting against me, until I called the customer service, so the operator would tell them how to behave and how to do it.Never ever going there again
