O posouzení reklamace odborným člověkem v tomto případě nemůže být ani řeč. V zamítnutí reklamace se píše o tom, že obuv vykazuje známky velmi intenzivního používání. Upozorňuji, že se jedná o sezónní zimní obuv, kterou jsem nosil maximálně 10x a to možná ani ne!!! V takovém případě není přece možné koukat na datum nákupu!!! (nákup před 14měsíci) I ten největší laik pozná, že opotřebení je na první pohled minimální – lze poznat i podle prolisovaného vzoru na okraji podrážky! Na stélce uvnitř obuvi jsou stále velice zřetelně viditelné nápisy!!! K prasknutí podrážky došlo na obou botách téměř souběžně a takřka na stejném místě. Není to zvláštní? Toto se přeci normálně nestává ani u mnohem starší obuvi, která je každodenně nošená.
