★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po 14 dnech cekani na graf. navrh mne dorazil i s nacenenim za obklad do koupelny v polske mene zloty... Jako prekladiste polskeho tovaru dobry :-D jinak v polsku jsem za ten samy obklad dal o 40% min... A graf. Navrh ne jako tu za 1500,ale za 500 :-)
After 14 days waiting for the chart. suggest me arrived with pricing for the bathroom tiles in the Polish currency zloty ... As a translator of Polish goods good :-D otherwise in Poland I gave the same tiles by 40% min ... And graph. Suggest not like here for 1500 but for 500 :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koupelny jas, koupelny pro každého... dovolte abych se tomuto zplna hrdla zasmál :)))) . Objednal jsem si obklad i s dlažbou i s listelou, přičemž listela byla dodána v jiné tloušťce než obklad, když jsem ji chtěl vrátit, nebylo možné, bylo mi řečeno vedoucím prodejny, že si ji mám zaškrábat do stěny, že to není žádná práce navíc... paní která mě při obědnávání listely ujišťovala o tom, že bude ve stejné tloušťce jako obklad, pak při konfrontaci popřela, že by si mě vůbec pamatovala. V pohodě, listela za 10k, více méně k ničemu... ale tím to teprve všechno začíná... Potom jsme si s manželkou objednali baterie a umyvadla v "akci" samozřejmě jsem si pro vše musel přijet až po tom co jsem si musel zavolat jestli už moje věci mají... oni totiž člověka ujistí o tom, že hned jakmile jim to dojde, tak zavolají, ale to je jen fikce, poněvač to by tam museli pracovat a to jaksi není jejich styl. Baterie jsem si teda odvezl, ale umyvadlo které jsem si obědnal na konci června není do teď !!! a když tam zavolám a ptám se jak to s tím umyvadlem vypadá, řeknou mi prostě ještě ho tu nemáme... a jejich deklarovaná doba na dodání 10-14 pracovních dní?? to je vůbec nezajímá... prostě ano my víme, že ta doba 14dní je dávno dvakrát pryč, ale my ho tu nemáme... to jsou slova pana vedoucího... po měsíci se vyjádřili, že to umyvadlo jak zjistili není ještě ani vyrobené.. takže po měsíci v novém bez umyvadla rušíme obědnávku a jdeme shánět umyvadlo jinde..... pokaždé co jsme tam přišli seděly "dámy" za PC a slušně pozdravily.. to bylo asi tak jediné co pro nás udělaly, vůbec žádná ochota, žádný přístup, takže koupelny jas koupelny pro každého.... nekoupil bych si tam už ani špunt do vany .... !!!!

I ordered tiling with paving and listel, while the listel was delivered in a different thickness than the tiling, when I wanted to return it, it was not possible, I was told by the store manager that I should scratch it into the wall, that it is no extra work. The lady who assured me when ordering the listel that it would be the same thickness as the tile, then during the confrontation she denied that she would remember me at all. Okay, listel for 10k, more or less useless ... but that's where it all begins ... Then my wife and I ordered faucets and sinks in the "action", of course I had to come for everything after what I had to to call if they already have my things ... they assure you that as soon as they realize it, they will call, but it's just fiction, they would have to work there and somehow it's not their style. So I took the faucet, but the sink I ordered at the end of June is not up to now !!! and when I call there and ask what it looks like with the sink, they just tell me we don't have it here yet ... and their declared delivery time is 10-14 working days ?? they don't care at all ... just yes we know that the 14-day period is long gone, but we don't have it here ... these are the words of the manager ... after a month they said that the sink, as they found out, is not even made .. so after a month in a new one without a sink we cancel the order and we go looking for a sink elsewhere ..... every time we came there "ladies" sat behind the PC and greeted decently .. it was probably the only thing they did for us, none at all willingness, no access, so the bathroom brightness of the bathroom for everyone .... I would not buy there even a plug in the bath .... !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I když jsem měla jasnou představu o barvě a velikosti obkladů, zaměstnankyně mě odkázala, ať si prohlédnu všechny vystavené vzorky. Žádná ochota poradit, kde by mohlo být to, co hledám. Po dodání zboží zedník zjistil, že listela má jinou tloušťku než obklady. Zbytečná byla také snaha o vrácení zboží. Z jejich pohledu je zboží objednávkové, i když bylo dovezeno pouze z centrálního skladu.
Osobně nedoporučuji.
Although I had a clear idea of the color and size of the tiles, the employee told me to inspect all the samples on display. No willingness to advise where this might be what I'm looking for. After delivering the goods, the bricklayer found that the listel had a different thickness than the tiles. An effort to return the goods was also useless. From their point of view, the goods are made to order, even if they were imported only from the central warehouse.
I personally do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hodnocení se tyká pouze této konkrétní pobočky, nikoliv celé firmy s kterou mám mnohem lepší zkušenosti. Bohužel jsem na této prodejně řešil reklamaci a setkal se s velmi špatným přístupem personálu i místním "managerem". Ze začátku nechtěli reklamaci vůbec přijmout a vypsat protokol. Zhruba až po hodině dohadování bylo reklamované zboží přijato. Následující pracovní den jsem situaci řešil s vedoucím prodejny, který příliš nejevil zájem situaci řešit a naznačoval, že jsem si zboží poškodil sám, takže výsledek reklamace je víceméně jasný. Dodací list mě nechali podepsat ještě dříve, než jsem přebral zboží, přičemž doklad rychle opatřili razítkem (přebral a zkontroloval). Špunt do vany bych zde asi koupil, ale něco dražšího už nikoliv. Pokud Vás okolnosti donutí, důrazně doporučuji si zboží důkladně prohlédnout/rozbalit než budete podepisovat dodací list). Pokud by jste tu něco chtěli reklamovat, je dost pravděpodobné, že se setkáte pouze s pohrdavým chováním (netýká se nejspíše pravidelných odběratelů).

The next business day I handled the situation with a store manager who did not show much interest in solving the situation and indicated that I had damaged the goods myself, so the result of the claim is more or less clear. The delivery note had me signed up for me before I picked up the goods, and I quickly picked up the receipt (checked and checked). I would probably buy a bite in the bath, but something more expensive no more. If circumstances make you strong, I strongly recommend that you review / unpack the goods thoroughly before signing the delivery note). If you would like to complain about something, it is quite likely that you will only encounter contemptuous behavior (it does not refer to regular subscribers).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl jsem se zde podívat na koupelny, vše bylo hezky udělané, ale jak jsem se koukal na ceny tak to bylo hrozné. Pokud se totiž podíváte na cenu produktů na jejích webových stránkách tak je nižší a u produktu co jsem hledal dokonce o 5000 Kč což není úplně malá částka. Takže doporučuji se tam jít podívat, ale zboží objednat online, jelikož je to nehoráznost. Jak jsem odcházel tak jsem si všiml, že mají na zemi vylepený obrázek garance nejnižší ceny což mně o to více vytočilo.
