Paní personalistka pro THP pozice působila velice nepříjemně a arogantně. Při pohovoru jsem se s podobným chováním ještě nesetkala. Pokud jsem nevyhovovala požadavkům a mých zkušeností nebylo tolik, co si na danou pozici přáli (což paní personalistka dost nelichotivě naznačovala) pak mě místo ztrapňování nemusela vůbec k pohovoru zvát....
I experienced a very unpleasant, unprofessional approach during the interview.
The HR specialist for the THP position was very uncomfortable and arrogant. I have not encountered such behavior during the interview. If I did not meet the requirements and my experience was not as much as they wished for the given position (which the HR staff indicated quite unflatteringly) then then instead of embarrassment she did not have to invite me for an interview at all ....
