★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zavítal sem poprvé až hodně dlouho poté co je tento obchod otevřený. Na parkovišti skoro nikdo i kdy už bylo skoro poledne.Potřeboval sem rychle koupit zahradní hadici a pár spojek a koncovek. Vše v pohodě, cena dobrá. Překvápko bylo až sem to potřeboval použít. Hadice na pohled v balíku vypadala dobře, ale po rozdělání to je měkký aušus a ve spojkách a koncovkách chybělo těsnění nebo o kroužek jak se to válí na volno v regálu. Prostě už sem zase dlouho předlouho nepojedu.

He needed to buy a garden hose and a couple of couplings and fittings here. Everything is fine, the price is good. The surprise was all I needed to use. The hose looked good in the package, but after splitting it is a soft ausus and the couplings and fittings lacked a seal or a ring as it rolls loose in the rack. I just won't come here again for a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Široký sortiment zboží a přiměřené ceny. Zboží je občas řazeno nelogicky.
Poslední zkušenost nebyla ideální - chtěl jsem si objednat nábytek a nemohl jsem nahoře ani dole najít zaměstnance z tohoto oddělení. Nakonec jsem se doptal jinde a paní po delší době přišla. Šli jsme sepsat objednávku, což bylo docela zdlouhavé. Poté se šlo na informace platit část ceny objednaného zboží. Zde se zřejmě zaučovala obsluha a ve dvou řešili problém se zákazníky přede mnou. Po asi 10 minutách, kdy nevypadalo, že se něco pohne jsem si danou objednávku přes eshop na telefon vytvořil, zaplatil a po sdělení, že objednávku vytvořenou na místě ruším, jsem odešel. Příště objednávám hned přes eshop a ušetřím více jak půl hodiny.

The last experience was not ideal - I wanted to order furniture and I could not find employees from this department at the top or bottom. Eventually I asked elsewhere and the lady came after a long time. We went to write an order, which was quite time consuming. Then it was necessary to pay part of the price of the ordered goods for information. Apparently the staff was trained here and in two they solved a problem with customers in front of me. After about 10 minutes, when something didn't seem to move, I created the order via e-shop on my phone, paid for it, and after being informed that I was canceling the order created on the spot, I left. Next time I order right through the e-shop and save more than half an hour.

Za rok co je tento hobby market v provozu je stále problém s pokladní.
Dnes druhá pokladní seděla za pokladnou, turniket zavřený a povídala si asi s kamaradkou. Teprve až si sedla za pokladnu třetí pokladní se vzpamatovala, otevřela turniket a začala nárokovat.
Se zbožím spokojenost ? Baumax, další hobby market ve městě je přínosem. Bohužel dojem i nákup kazí pokladny. Bohužel, snad se děvčata brzy naučí rychleji odbavovat zákazníky.

Satisfaction with the goods ? Baumax, another hobby market in the city is a benefit. Unfortunately, the impression and purchase spoils the cash register. Unfortunately, perhaps the girls will soon learn to handle customers faster.
