After buying an apartment, I offered the existing line for purchase. I sent about 10 photos, clear description. A week of rough negotiation, then an attempt on their part to lower the price, ok, then an agreed pick-up date. On the morning of the pick-up, I write in the morning to let me know in advance what time they plan to arrive, after 2 hours a reaction that they are just going somewhere in Kladno, that when they finish there, they will get back to you. At one point, I remind you of what it looks like. An hour's reply that a guy didn't come to work and that nothing today. I ask in turn for an alternative date, a reaction that lets you know. Then only urgency on my part, without their reaction. This is the case when someone in the company is in charge of communication who is not suitable for it at all. Unreliable company, I do not recommend.

I bought 3 kitchens for rented apartments here at once. Knowing that even after one tenant, even a new kitchen can look very used, and therefore that new kitchens do not make sense for rental apartments. Positive experiences: - the kitchens are assembled in stock, it is possible to view them, you just can't look at the upper cabinets, which are built on the board and therefore they can't open the door. - kitchens are in a fairly decent standard - mostly quality drawer slides, as well as quality appliances (albeit older) - mostly the Constructa brand, which is a brand of the Bosch - Siemens group for the domestic German market. - the lady is willing to sell, I took 3 kitchens so we quickly agreed on a quantity discount (8%) - have not been charged storage, which have in the terms and conditions. When you agree with the lady that you are reconstructing and removing the kitchen in two months, for example, there is no problem with that. - it was not a problem to agree on the date of assembly and transport - they work with a carpenter who has very well drawn up the requirements for installations (electricity, water, waste) for a reasonable amount of money, and is generally commercial and has a good deal with him. Negative experience: - Most kitchens that were advertised on the site as vacant were reserved, or were not in stock at all. It's a good idea to call the lady and check the current condition of the selected kitchen before you leave for JH. - the information on the website and in the business conditions that the kitchen will be washed and cleaned before shipment is not true. It's just the state you see it in the store, the way you get it (and it's the state the company bought it in). It was naive to believe that someone else would clean the sold kitchen ... - appliance warranty - I don't know how it works. Not a single faucet worked for me, the hood arrived without light covers, the oven without the plate, the built-in basket without the handles, the built-in refrigerator and freezer lacked one of the strips holding the door ... she considered it settled. True, I got a discount, business, to agree on a purchase, not a discount for equipment not working ... Just take that warranty with a reservation. - some design of assembly details, see photo - attach the lightweight plastic cover of the built-in refrigerator with screws that will pass through the cabinet and look into the open refrigerator ... Would I buy again? I don't know, rather not. The kitchen will cost you no less than the new one, but I expected it a little better, especially after reading mostly satisfied reviews. Take a look at the photos - in the overall view the kitchen looks very nice, detailed views are worse. The kitchen came out to about 76.7 thousand. CZK (55 thousand CZK kitchen, 8.9 thousand new hob and other material for assembly, 8 thousand assembly, approx. 2.5 thousand transport and handling, 1.3 thousand hood repair, 1 thousand new faucet) - the price is not quite far from some new cheaper kitchens (sector, or IKEA).
