R	Roman Ciml on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto nejtragičtější zkušenost s e-shopem jakou mám a to udělám třeba 100 objednávek ročně. Vyřídit objednávku jim trvalo pět týdnů (nejprve stornovali zaplacenou objednávku, poté to čekalo na skladě, potom to poslali přes ČP a nevyplnili údaje, tak se to vrátilo zpět a po PĚTI týdnech to bylo konečně vyřešeno). Omluva žádná a kdybych si nezavolal, tak bych se asi nedočkal. Objednávka obsahovala dva malé levné regály které měly mít nosnost 875kg a už od pohledu by neunesly ani čtvrtinu, a proto jsme je zatěžovali velmi málo a už je jedna lišta vohnutá. Po dodání mi volá firemní účetní, že na faktuře jsou špatné údaje. E-shop se prezentuje jako jednička na trhu a cpe vám všude svou reklamu. Pokud je tohle jednička na trhu, tak bych nechtěl vidět jak to funguje u dvojky na trhu. Příště se vyhnu se obloukem. The order contained two small cheap shelves that were supposed to have a load capacity of 875 kg and would not carry even a quarter from the point of view, so we loaded them very little and one bar is already inserted. After delivery, the company accountant calls me that there is bad information on the invoice. The e-shop presents itself as the number one on the market and cpe you its advertising everywhere. If this is number one on the market, then I don't want to see how it works for number two on the market. Next time I'll avoid the arch.

P	Petr Kučera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednané zboží jsem si vyzvednul osobně, je pravdou, že umístění prodejny je poněkud "zvláštní", na druhou stranu jsou však všude směrové šipky, najít proto prodejnu není těžké. Přístup obchodníka jako takového byl v naprostém pořádku. Vyzdvihnul bych také možnost vyzvednutí denně až do 20:00. Bohužel mne velmi nemile "překvapilo" zakoupené zboží (3x regál 200x100x50) nožky na kterých stojí jsou tenké jako papír, dodávaný návod je při nejmenším zvláštní.. Je mi jasné, že regál prošel nějakou atestací, ale osobně mi nepřijde, že by měl udržet téměř 900kg.. Na polici, která by dle výrobce měla udržet 175kg, bych se bál dát více než 70.. Ikdyž má regál 5 polic a člověk by čekal, že bude alespoň trochu stabilní, opak je pravdou. Je možné, že pokud bych stáhnul např. 2 regály k sobě, pevnost by se zlepšila, bohužel však potřebuji jeden volně stojící. Rozhodl jsem se tedy zboží vrátit. Pán při přejímce přiznal, že o "problému" vědí, byl mi nabídnut jiný s nosností 1800kg, který je prý pevnější. Pro mnou zamýšlené užití jsou to však zbytečně vyhozené peníze za nosnost regálu, kterou nevyužiji. Prodavač také konstatoval, že téměř vždy je nutné samostatný regál přivrtat do zdi... To já však absolvovat nechci. Vrácení proběhlo bez problémů, nyní pouze čekám na finanční dorovnání. It is possible that if I pulled 2 shelves together, for example, the strength would improve, but unfortunately I need one free-standing. So I decided to return the goods. During the acceptance, the master admitted that they knew about the "problem", I was offered another with a load capacity of 1800 kg, which is said to be stronger. However, for my intended use, this is unnecessarily wasted money for the load capacity of the rack, which I will not use. The salesman also stated that it is almost always necessary to drill a separate shelf into the wall ... However, I do not want to complete it. The return went smoothly, now I'm just waiting for a financial settlement.
M	Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kluci se tvari ze se jedna o regaly ze zrusenych skladu, ze konci businessem, vyprodej vseho atp. Uz to tak jde aspon 3 roky. Vystupuji jako fyz.osoby co maj k prodeji par regalu ale vypada to ze je to klasicky business preprodeje, predpokladam z Číny, coz je bohužel ihned patrné na kvalitě. Radej si priplatte par korun navic a kupte jinde. Koupil jsem 2. Jeden uz letel,police nezvladla 30 zavarenin, propadla se a dalsi 2 se tim zohybali taky, takze asi tak...druhej mam spis na okrasu, nenese to nic dulezityho. Jako nahradu jsem koupil regal od Kovony a je to uplne jinde, minimalne 2x silnejsi... Kazdopadne ale maji zmaknutou reklamu, fb skupiny, bazarovy skupiny a nedivil bych se, ze i recenze... The boys pretend that these are shelves from the canceled warehouse, at the end of the business, the sale of everything, etc. It's been like this for at least 3 years. I act as a natural person who has a pair of shelves for sale, but it seems that it is a classic business resale, I assume from China, which is unfortunately immediately evident in the quality. You'd better pay a few extra crowns and buy elsewhere. I bought 2. One has already flown, the shelf has not handled 30 jams, it has failed and the other 2 have also moved, so I guess ... the other one has a file on it, it does not carry anything important. As a replacement, I bought a rack from Kovona and it's completely different, at least twice as strong ... However, they have soaked advertising, fb groups, bazaar groups and I would not be surprised that the reviews ...

Jenže realita je taková, že po 5ti dnech se s objednávkou vůbec nic neděje ani po telefonické urgenci. Nulová snaha o omluvu nebo email zákazníkovi. Marketing slušný, ale lhát by se nemělo, to je sebedestruktivní. Stornuji a objednávám jinde. Edituji recenzi po 24h: emailuji s žádostí o storno - omluva, že jsou skladníci nemocní, zda můžou poslat nebo trvám na stornu - trvám na stornu - Vaše objednávka byla expedována ? (po 6ti dnech a potvrzení si storna). To si asi ještě počkám dva týdny na refund s touto rychlostí. Krásná práce. Marketing is decent, but you shouldn't lie, it's self-destructive. I cancel and order elsewhere. Editing a review after 24 hours: I email with a request for cancellation - an apology that the warehouse workers are ill, whether they can send or I insist on cancellation - I insist on cancellation - your order has been shipped po (after 6 days and confirmation of cancellation). I'll probably wait another two weeks for a refund at this rate. Beautiful work.

Nahlásil jsem tento problém, slíbili, že v pondělí odešlou správné desky, dnes je úterý a nekomunikují. Nemohu doporučit. Unfortunately, I have a bad experience. They sent the rack and the boards were smaller than the rack, so they did not fit. I reported this problem, they promised to send the right records on Monday, today is Tuesday and they don't communicate. I can't recommend.

Domluva proběhla pres Marketplace, osobní vyzvednutí ve skladu standardní :) doporučuji, za ty penize super zboží i služba. I don't understand what everyone is doing here, satisfaction for me :) the quality corresponds to the price. The agreement took place through the Marketplace, personal collection in the standard warehouse :) I recommend, for those money super goods and service.
