★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Becken ist gut. Bestens verarbeitet, gute Lieferung. Aber der Einstieg hat eine Stufe mehr als wir wollten. Beim Nachbarn (der hat auf meine Empfehlung auch da bestellt) ist die Sitzbank zu niedrig. Da säuft man ab, wenn man im Wasser sitzt. Also besser vor der Lieferung hinfahren und prüfen, ob alles nach Bestellung gefertigt ist.
Und meine Umwälzpumpe hat von Anfang an ein Lagergeräusch gemacht. 10 dB lauter als die vom Nachbarn. Habe sofort reklamiert, und mir wurde beschieden, ich hätte sie wohl trocken laufen lassen. Unsinn, hab ich nicht. Das Lagergeräusch ist mitgeliefert worden. Jetzt hab ich nochmal reklamiert, immer noch in der Gewährleistungsfrist, und nach längerem e-mail Verkehr hat's erst geheißen, "niemand kommt", und dann, ich soll die Pumpe ausbauen, schicken, in Prag wird sie repariert und ich bekomm sie wieder. Und bis dahin hab ich ein Brackwasserbecken? Also der Umgang mit Kunden, die schon bezahlt haben, lässt SEHR zu wünschen übrig. Klar, wer nimmt sich schon einen Anwalt in Tschechien. Noch jemandem weiterempfehlen werd ich diesen Betrieb jedenfalls nicht.
 The pool is good. Well processed, good delivery. But the entry is one step more than we wanted. At the neighbor's (who also ordered there on my recommendation) the bench is too low. You drown when you sit in the water. So better go there before delivery and check that everything is made to order.
And my circulation pump made a bearing noise from the start. 10 dB louder than the neighbor's. I complained immediately and was told that I would have let them run dry. I don't have nonsense. The bearing noise was included. Now I've made another complaint, still within the warranty period, and after a long period of e-mail I said, "Nobody is coming", and then I should remove the pump, send it, it will be repaired in Prague and I will get it back. And by then do I have a brackish pool? So dealing with customers who have already paid leaves a lot to be desired. Sure, who takes a lawyer in the Czech Republic? In any case, I will not recommend this company to anyone else.
