Z	Zuzana Hájková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dvě hvězdičky za pěkný střih, který mi udělali před vánoci... Nyní jsem si řekla, že na "zastřižení konečků o 2-3cm" u vlasů po ramena není co zkazit. Kadeřnice se ale evidentně potřebovala za něco pomstít a provedla to na mé hlavě, viz foto. Čtyři týdny před svatbou to opravdu potěší! Nutno dodat, že mi byla nabídnuta oprava. Přála jsem si srovnat vlasy do jedné délky, proto je mám teď vepředu po bradu a vzadu po ramena :D Zkoušela jsem aspoň namítnout, že i po opravě mám kolem obličeje jednu stranu o dobrých 5cm kratší, než druhou. Na to mi bylo předvedeno, že za ušima mám vlasy stejně dlouhé na obou stranách a doporučeno počkat 3 měsíce, než to doroste. V tom okamžiku jsem raději vyklidila pole a budu doufat, že nějaký skutečný kadeřník mi dá vlasy aspoň trochu dohromady. Two stars for the nice cut they made to me before Christmas ... Now I thought that there is nothing to spoil about shoulder-length hair trimming. But the hairdresser obviously needed revenge for something and did it on my head, see photo. Four weeks before the wedding it will really please! I must add that I was offered a repair. I wanted to straighten my hair to one length, so now I have it at the front of my chin and at the back of my shoulders: D I at least tried to argue that even after the repair I have one side around my face a good 5 cm shorter than the other. I was shown that I have hair the same length on both sides behind my ears and it was recommended to wait 3 months before it grows. At that moment, I preferred to clear the field and I would hope that some real hairdresser would put my hair at least a little together.

Doporučuji :) Absolute satisfaction! I was on coloring and cutting the ends and everything without a problem. My hair is not ruined, it shines beautifully and looks healthy. I recommend :)

M	Milan Bartl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do tohoto salónu chodím už cca šestým rokem, začal jsem tam chodit, ještě když se jmenoval Salón MIA. Bohužel, po změně majitele a jména pozoruji výrazný úpadek služeb, jejichž cena se naopak neustále zvyšuje. Do Salónu MIA člověk přišel, byla mu umyta hlava i s masáží, ostříhala ho zkušená kadeřnice, a na závěr opět mytí hlavy a masáž, vždycky jsem se tam těšil. A to tu masáž ani nemuseli mít napsanou v nabídce, jak je tomu teď, ta k tomu prostě patřila automaticky a stálo to celé 350 korun, pánský střih strojkem dokonce ještě méně. Se změnou jména a majitele jsem si všimnul zvýšené fluktuace personálu (ať už jsou důvody jakékoli), chodím pravidelně cca 1x mesíčně a při každé návštěvě tam vidím nějakou personální změnu. Tím je celkem pochopitelné, že nové mladé kadeřnice se nestíhají zaučovat, a z výpisu Barber služeb (Barber střih, opalování chloupků na uších, zastřižení obočí, masáž hlavy) člověk dostane obyčejný střih a odfláknutou masáž hlavy, jinak nic. Ze skvělého salónu, kam se člověk těšil, se stalo obyčejné střihací kadeřnictví, které je neskutečně předražené. Dokud se to nezlepší, mají u mě ban a jen 1 hvězdu. I have been going to this salon for about six years now, I started going there when my name was MIA Salon. Unfortunately, after the change of owner and name, I observe a significant decline in services, the price of which, on the contrary, is constantly increasing. A man came to the MIA Salon, his head was washed with a massage, he was cut by an experienced hairdresser, and at the end he washed his head and massed again, I was always looking forward to it. And they didn't even have to have the massage written on the menu, as it is now, it simply belonged to it automatically and it cost a whole 350 crowns, men's machine cut even less. With the change of name and owner, I noticed an increased turnover of staff (whatever the reasons), I go regularly about once a month and every time I visit there I see some personnel change. This makes it quite understandable that new young hairdressers do not have time to train, and from the list of Barber services (Barber cut, tanning of ear hair, trimming of eyebrows, head massage) one gets a simple cut and a sloppy head massage, otherwise nothing. The great salon, which one was looking forward to, became an ordinary hairdressing salon, which is incredibly overpriced. Until it improves, they have a ban on me and only 1 star.
M	Make up looks by kristy_kubat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kupovala jsem si 3 balení pásku za 26400,- Po 4 mesicich jsem je hodila do kose. Kvalita priserna. Kosmetiku jsem pouzivala pouze na prodlouzene vlasy - kupovala jsem ji u nich v salonu. Vlasy si prodluzuji 10 let a toto se mi nikdy nestalo. Jedine pozitivum, byla kadernice Kristyna. Velmi mila, Ochotna a sikovna slecna. Skoda ze pracuje pro zlodeje. I bought 3 packs of tape for 26400, - After 4 months, I threw them in a scythe. The quality is great. I used cosmetics only for extended hair - I bought it from them in the salon. I have been extending my hair for 10 years and this has never happened to me. The only positive was Kristyna's hairdresser. Very kind, Helpful and skilful girl. It's a pity he works for thieves.

Který je sice velmi pohodlný - zákazník se objedná přes web na den i hodinu, ale v praxi vůbec nefunguje. Vždy když jsem se objednala, tak mi byl termín přesunut (a v několika případech i víckrát) a někdy mi to bylo oznámeno až ten den, na který jsem byla objednána (a to jsem se objednávala několik dní dopředu). Kadeřnické služby mají velmi dobré, ale na svůj termín se člověk rozhodně nemůže spoléhat :((( I've been here about five times (women's long haircut) and I was happy with the cut. Hairdressing services are very good, but you can definitely not rely on your term: (((

At the day of reservation (31/07/2020) the girl from the salon called me and asked for the confirmation. As I don’t speak Czech, I didn’t understand who was calling me. I asked her does she speak English. The women started to speak with me in Russian immediately, not English. In Russian I said that I will not be able to come today, I am sorry. I apologized and she was extremely rude, said how could I make an appointment without knowing a Czech language, and used curse words that I will not come. Finally, she dropped the phone call. This attitude is horrible. That’s good that I wasn’t able to come there. My friend recommended me this place, and I was thinking to reschedule the appointment. But after this phone call of course no desire to come there. It’s not the end of the world that potential customer is not able to come for some reason which she doesn’t know. By having this reaction she must visit a doctor and definitely not work with people.
