P	Petra U. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 návštěvy BBrothers = celkem cca 7 000,- a výsledek bídný, na to, že se tváří jako luxusní salón. Poprvé spálené vlasy, ale “aspoň” odbarveny a sjednoceny. Druhá návštěva 5 hodin, změna témeř žádná (nikdo to teda nepoznal, až na zastřižené konečky), přeliv absolutně nechytl. Tento salón nemohu doporučit a sama jej nebudu dále navštěvovat! 2 visits to BBrothers = a total of about 7,000, - and the result is miserable, in that it looks like a luxury salon. D	Daniela Sokolová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nehodnotím služby kadeřnictví, ale systém rezervace. Využila jsem možnosti zarezervovat termín přes webové stránky, které tuto možnost nabízí. Vyberete si čas a služby o které máte zájem. Rezervace se vytvořila, přišla i na mail informace o rezervaci s tel. číslem, kdyby došlo k nějakým změnám. Nakonec jsem potřebovala termín změnit na jiný a tak jsem zavolala na uvedené číslo. Uvedla jsem své jméno a že mám rezervaci. Paní mi sdělila, že na uvedený den tu nikdo takový není. Aha. Tak dobrá, tak se stala chyba, tak se objednám na termín jiný. Když jsem uvedla, že mám zájem o jednu danou službu, kterou uvádí i na stránkách a na kterou jsem měla "rezervaci", bylo mi řečeno, že to nemají a že to nedělají a že nabízí něco jiného. V tomto bodě, jsem řekla, že si to teda ještě rozmyslím a když tak zavolám. Již jsem nevolala a tím jsem považovala svou rezervaci nerezervaci za definitivně zrušenou. Dnes mi přišla SMS s informací, že mám zítra rezervaci. To už mi opravdu ani nepřišlo vtipné, i když to zjevně byla automatická zpráva z rezervačního systému. Jako třešničku na dortu jsem ještě před pár dny šla okolo kadeřnictví a před ním stál pán a telefonoval. Prošla jsem okolo a zachytila z jeho hovoru to, že měl u vás rezervaci, ale že ji nějak spletli. Takže doporučuji si rezervaci vždy ověřit. I walked around and caught from his call that he had a reservation with you, but that they had somehow mistaken her. So I recommend always checking your reservation.

Ráda bych vyzdvihla hlavně osobní přístup a skvělou domluvu...opatrnost při tak razantní změně (střih dcery ...vlasy 60cm dlouhé a šla úplně na krátko) dcera a i já jsme nadšené !!! Trošku jsem se toho bála ALE v rukou takového profesionála nemáte čeho ... DOPORUČUJI ? Greetings to all who are thinking about visiting this hairdressing salon ... I RECOMMEND s with a smile and gratitude for the PERFECT cut !!!!! Hairdresser Leon is absolutely TOP. I would like to highlight mainly the personal approach and a great agreement ... caution in such a drastic change (daughter's cut ... hair 60 cm long and went completely short) daughter and I am also excited !!! k	kate 29 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokud nechcete přijít o vlasy a nervy tak nedoporučuji,nepřála bych vám hlavně ženám tohle zažít ,s vlasů po pás mám vlasy po ramena jelikož mi je tak spálili že byla s nich kaše a museli je odstrihnout ,podle majitele když se díval na kamerové záznamy tak kvůli tomu že kadeřník nechal barvu na vlasech 3hodiny což je pravda ,po řešení kompenzaci mi nabídli prodloužení vlasů ,jenže já později zjistila že prodloužené vlasy nejsou zdravé na vaše vlasy a ničí ji zvlášť na poškozené vlasy což mám zbytek co mi zůstal,tak jsem to odmítla a chtěla kompenzaci finanční takovou jakou mi říkal že vyjdou ty vlasy,na to majitel okamžitě otočil udělal ze mě lhařku a byl sprostý a vše přetočil,na fcb mažou špatně zkušenosti,salon se jen tváří jako luxusni,a to původně s náma majitel nechtěl ani mluvit když k poškození došlo ,neskutečně tohle jednání ,proto celou situaci budeme řešit právní cestou .Pokud nechcete dopadnout jak já a dalších pár slečen tak sem nechoďte jsem ještě teď s toho psychicky špatná ,svoje vlasy sem milovala,vlasy jsou ženská koruna krásy ale teď ji nemám díky nim.Jeste teď to odplakavam,a když procházím kolem zrcadla nebo si vlasy čušu tak se mi chce pořád brečet If you don't want to lose your hair and nerves, I don't recommend it, I wouldn't want you to experience this, especially for women. due to the fact that the hairdresser left the color on my hair for 3 hours which is true, after solving the compensation they offered me hair extensions, but I later found out that extended hair is not healthy on your hair and destroys it especially on damaged hair which I have the rest I have left, so I she refused and wanted financial compensation such as he told me that the hair would come out, the owner immediately turned it into, he made me a liar and he was rude and turned everything over, they fade bad experiences on fcb, the salon just looks like luxury, and originally the owner didn't want us not even to talk when the damage occurred, unbelievably this action, so we will solve the whole situation in a legal way. Odpověď pro majitele: Slečně jsem řekla, že se mi to nelíbí a nabídla mi opravu, která tomu téměř nepomohla. V ten den jsem už neměla sílu se s Vámi ještě hádat o reklamaci. Nechtěla jsem to řešit, ale po spoustě komentářů na mou nezdařenou baleage jsem se rozhodla, že recenzi napíši a to, že až po měsíci není od vás validní argument ji zpochybnit. Barva chytla jak měla a těším se na další návštěvu. I recommend to everyone, Miss Karol conjured beautiful hair for me, she was pleasant, she worked in such a way that I really enjoyed the visit.
