Jde vidět že jim zde opravdu záleží na zákaznicích a dělají vše proto, aby zákaznice odcházeli s úsměvem na tváři. Vždy se sem budu ráda vracet, už bych neměnila a můžu jenom doporučit všem, kteří chtějí mít krásne vlasy . Největší poděkování patří Sabince a panu majiteli. Zlaté ruce a kombinace s profesionálním chováním !!! ❤️ I have been leaving the salon very several times already very satisfied! Thank you so much for the wonderful care, great atmosphere and professional approach. It can be seen that they really care about their customers here and they do everything to make the customers leave with a smile on their face. I will always be happy to return here, I would not change anymore and I can only recommend it to anyone who wants to have beautiful hair. Many thanks to Sabinka and Mr. Owner. V poznámce k objednávce jsem požádala o zkontrolování expirace produktů (v jiném e-shopu jsem se spálila a objednávku s prošlými šampony vracela). Obratem mi volal pán s tím, že když pár dní počkám, zabalí mi ty nejčerstvější produkty. Balíček s Autentické beauty concept přišel jen o dva dny později a v něm mě čekal dokonce dárek navíc jako poděkování za počkání. Celý tenhle nákup mi opravdu prosvětlil den, protože takto osobní a milý přístup jsem od (pro mě do této doby) neznámého e-shopu nečekala. Pán celou dobu komunikoval také nadstandardně na telefonu. Příště určitě nakoupím zasea doporučuji. 10 hvězdiček ? I must highly commend the e-shop. Incredibly nice and professional approach. In the note to the order, I asked to check the expiration of the products (I was burned in another e-shop and returned the order with expired shampoos). My master immediately called me and said that if I waited a few days, he would pack the freshest products for me. The package with the Authentic Beauty Concept came only two days later and even an extra gift was waiting for me as a thank you for waiting. This whole purchase really brightened my day, because I did not expect such a personal and kind approach from (for me until now) an unknown e-shop. The Lord also communicated above standard on the phone. Next time I will definitely buy again and recommend. 10 stars ?
I	INTJ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tento salon jsem navštěvovala od roku 2019 a vždy jsem byla se službami spokojena. Bohužel jsem se stejně jako pár dalších jak tady čtu taky setkala s majitelovým podivným přístupem. Chodila jsem na balayage a posledni půl rok používala jeden a ten samý šampón. Nikdy nebyl problém. Poslední balayage za 2500 se mi však vymyla během dvou týdnů. Znovu opakuji - stejný šampon poslední půl rok. Reakce majitele? Špatný šampon, není to náš problém. Tak jistě, váš problém to už teď není když jste dostali zaplaceno. Majitel se odkazoval na neznalost produktu, jelikož se nejedná o produkt který prodávají v salóně. Je tedy zajímavé, že přes neznalost produktu jsou si jisti, že je chyba právě v produktu (nikdy dřív se to nestalo). Jak jsem tady tak zběžně prošla ostatní recenze, nejsem zdaleka první komu balayage vydržela takto krátce. Kdyby mi byla nabídnuta sleva na přetónovaní tak neřeknu půl slova a přijdu na opravu. Ale říct několikaleté klientce “to není náš problém”? Vlasy jsem si nechala tedy opravit jinde a svoje peníze budu nadále dávat někomu, kdo si svých zákazníků váží. I have been visiting this salon since 2019 and I have always been satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, like a few others, as I read here, I also encountered the owner's strange approach. I went to the balayage and had been using the same shampoo for the last six months. It was never a problem. However, the last balayage for 2,500 washed away in two weeks. I repeat - the same shampoo for the last six months. Owner response? Bad shampoo, it's not our problem. Sure, it's not your problem anymore when you get paid. The owner referred to the ignorance of the product, as it is not a product they sell in the salon. So it is interesting that despite the ignorance of the product, they are sure that there is a mistake in the product (it has never happened before). As I have gone through the other reviews here, I am far from the first to whom a balayage lasted so short. If I was offered a discount on toning, I wouldn't say half a word and come to the correction. But to tell a multi-year-old client "it's not our problem"? So I had my hair repaired elsewhere and I will continue to give my money to someone who values their customers.
P	Petra Slaninová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dlouho jsem uvažovala, jestli napsat recenzi, ale čím víc o mojí návštěve tohoto salónu přemýšlím, tím mě to víc žere. Byla jsem objednaná na melír, který jsem chtěla, aby se ztenčoval u kořinků (chápete, aby to odrůstalo pěknějc). I když jsem šla s touto vizí, tak jsem byla otevřená alternativám, protože jsem chápala, že to bude možná moc složité. Ale asi jsme se nepochopili... ve studiu, které se (jak mi i řekl sám pan kadeřník) specializuje na balayage....?! Nejvíce mě každopádně na mé návštěvě mrzí přístup pana kadeřníka. Chápu, že uznat, že jste něco pokazili je těžké, ale vlasy vašich zákazníků a zákaznic jsou vaše vizitka a v mém případě ostuda. Přidávám fotky toho, co mi bylo na hlavě vytvořeno. Jako co to je... Tvářit se jako by to byl nějaký úžasný výtvor a protom si vyžádat 2 600,-!!! je opravdu bezpáteřní. I já sama doma jsem si vlasy nabarvila líp (i když podle pana kadeřníka si klientky doma vlasy jen przní...aha). Nikdy tento salón nikomu nedoporučím a ani mě tam už nikdy neuvidí. PS ano, po návštěve jsem jela do globusu a koupila krabicovou barvu, protože nejsem blbá, abych chodila s takovými vlasy. I was ordered for a highlight, which I wanted to thin out at the roots (you see it grows nicer). Even though I went with this vision, I was open to alternatives because I understood that it might be too complicated. But we probably didn't understand each other ... in a studio that (as the hairdresser himself told me) specializes in balayage ....?! In any case, I am most sorry for the approach of the hairdresser during my visit. I understand that acknowledging that something went wrong is hard, but the hair of your customers is your business card and in my case a disgrace. I'm adding photos of what was created on my head. Like what it is ... To look like it's some amazing creation and therefore ask for 2 600, - !!! is really spineless. I also dyed my hair better at home (even though, according to the hairdresser, the client's hair is just brushing at home ... aha). I will never recommend this salon to anyone and they will never see me there again. PS yes, after the visit I went to the globe and bought a box color, because I'm not stupid to go with such hair.

Byla jsem objednána k Kristýně, ale ta byla na dovolené (což mi salon neoznámil dopředu). Balauage mi dělala Anička, výsledek byl katastrofa. Bohužel jsem si toho v salone nevšímla… (máte tam málo světla a při foceni používáte blesk) Zaplatila jsem 2600 Kč. Ale po návratu domů začala jsem psát do salonu, že se mi nelíbí výsledek. Na co mi nabídli najít Aničku na Facebooku a domluvít se s ní ??‍♀️ Druhý den salon smazal tyto zprávy z naší konverzace. Krásný přístup k zákazníkovi… Tím to skončilo… Doufám, že teď dost podrobně. A pokud vás to tak zajímá, ano jsem cizinka. A ano, jsem si ulevila. I've been to your place twice. For the first time, Master Kristýna dyed my hair beautifully. I was satisfied with the result. I came back in half a year. I was ordered to Kristýna, but she was on vacation (which the salon did not inform me in advance). Balaniage made me Anička, the result was a disaster. Unfortunately, I didn't notice it in the salon… (you have little light there and you use the flash when taking photos) I paid 2600 CZK. But when I got home, I started writing to the salon that I didn't like the result. What did they offer me to find Anička on Facebook and talk to her ??‍♀️ The next day, the salon deleted these messages from our conversation. Beautiful approach to the customer… That's it!… I hope in enough detail now. And if you're so interested, yes, I'm a foreigner. And yes, I'm relieved.
