Velmi rychla instalace, navrhli mi optimalni reseni podle moji spotreby energie, i kdyz jsem chtel akumulaci pouze do vody, nakonec jsem po konzultaci zvolil akumulaci do baterii a jsem za ti rad. Diky a doporucuji. Professional approach. Very fast installation, they suggested an optimal solution according to my energy consumption, even though I wanted to accumulate only in water, in the end I chose accumulation in the battery after a consultation and I am happy for you. Dotaci obratem vyřídili a samotná realizace proběhla taktéž bez problému. Děkuji a mohu tuto firmu jen doporučit dále. Good communication with the company. J	Jan S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instalace proběhla v pořádku, jen nám obchodník při podpisu smlouvy "zatajil", že řešení RCT neobsahuje backup při blackoutu sítě (vyloženě jsme se na to ptali a paní nám tvrdila že to v sobě systém má) - NEMĚL, tedy jsme po základní instalaci za dalších 35.000 museli doobjednat Power backup - aby jsme mohli být nezávislý při výpadku sítě. Solární panely pro instalaci dopravovali na 3x, ale byla to spíše vina přepravní společnosti nebo toho kdo panely balil, přijeli 2x rozbité...... Od zaplacení faktur, a vypořádání dotace však komunikace úplně Vázne. Na emaily odpovědi buď vůbec žádné nebo po SMS a emailových urgencích po měsíci a půl odpoví, ale tak, že jim můžete psát a volat znovu. Jediný, kdo v té firmě fungoval dobře, byl jejich elektrikář - ochotný mladý kluk, který dokáže i případně poradit po telefonu a nanavigovat co kde přepnout při problému.....Toto není firma, která se bude o Vaši solární elektrárnu starat případně ji rozšiřovat i po realizaci základní nabídnuté verze. Základní instalace OK, ale následný servis a případné doplnění instalace nulový zájem. They transported the solar panels for the installation for 3 times, but it was more the fault of the transport company or the one who packed the panels, they arrived 2 times broken ...... They either do not respond to emails at all or after an SMS and email emergency after a month and a half, but so that you can write to them and call them again. The only one who worked well in that company was their electrician - a willing young boy who can possibly advise over the phone and navigate what to switch to in case of a problem ..... This is not a company that will take care of your solar power plant or it. expand even after the implementation of the basic offered version. Basic installation OK, but subsequent service and possible addition of installation zero interest.

Po několika pokusech o telefonickou a emailovou komunikaci pan majitel telefon zvedl s tím, že řídí a zavolá zpět, od té doby žádná další komunikace. Nepovažuji toto jednání za férové. Pokud nestíhám, pozastavím nabírání nových klientů. After filling in the inquiry form, the offer came for a photovoltaic power plant and since then no further communication. After several attempts at telephone and email communication, the owner picked up the phone, saying that he was driving and calling back, no further communication since then. I do not consider this to be fair. If I can't keep up, I'll suspend hiring new clients.
R	Radka Vránová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ to pan kabát na tom je ještě dobře. u nás se byli podívat v říjnu 2021, odsouhlasili výběr FVE, umístění panelů i umístění baterie s tím, že vypracují smlouvu, v listopadu ji podepíšeme, a po vyřízení dotací začátkem roku zaplatím a do března bude FVE hotová. od té doby se neozvali (my mezi tím udělali úpravy v domě kvůli umístění baterie a dalšího), od prosince až do ledna nereagovali na sms, e-mail, telefony nezvedali nebo odmítali. až mi z jiného čísla jednatel telefon zvedl, řekl, že u mě FVE nejde, na dotaz z jakého důvodu řekl, že mi to neřekne a není povinen mi to sdělit. na dotaz proč mi to neoznámili řekl, že to není jejich povinnost a dál se se mnou nebude bavit. zkusila jsem oslovit druhého jednatele, ani ten mi nebyl schopen či ochoten sdělit důvod, proč najednou FVE u mě nejde instalovat, i když pravda, napsal to slušně. neuvěřitelně arogantní jednání vůči zákazníkovi, nespolehlivost a "nedostupnost" komunikace. ztratili jsme díky nekompetentnosti a sprostému jednání společnosti půl roku, kdy by již nějaká solidní společnost FVE dávno instalovala. nikdy více. that Mr. coat on it is still good. they visited us in October 2021, agreed on the choice of PV, the location of the panels and the location of the battery, with the proviso that they will draw up a contract, we will sign it in November, and after processing the subsidies at the beginning of the year I will pay and the PV will be ready by March. since then they did not respond (in the meantime we made adjustments in the house due to the location of the battery and more), from December to January they did not respond to SMS, e-mail, did not answer or refuse phones. when the managing director picked up my phone from another number, he said that FVE was not working for me, when asked why he said that he would not tell me and he was not obliged to tell me. when asked why they didn't tell me, he said it wasn't their duty and he wouldn't talk to me anymore. I tried to contact the other executive, who was also unable or unwilling to tell me the reason why the PV plant suddenly could not be installed at me, although it was true that he wrote it decently. Incredibly arrogant behavior towards the customer, unreliability and "unavailability" of communication. we lost half a year due to incompetence and vulgar behavior of the company, when some solid company FVE would have installed a long time ago. never more.

FVE mela byt nainstalivana v kvetnu a spustena v srpnu. Priblizne v dubnu nam zastupce, se kterym jsme sepisovali smlouvu ozbamil, ze zadosti na novou zelenou usporam resi az s 3 mesicnim zpozdenim. Kdyz jsem si na fond zivotniho prostredi volala, rekli mi, ze posledni, co na mem ucutu vidi je registrace 16.2., z toho se da lehce dovodit, ze zadna zadost podana nebyla. Telefon mi neberou, na mail o zaslani referencniho cisla zadosti nereaguji. Musim si precist dukladne smlouvu a zrejme s touto firmou uz spolupracovat nebudeme. We are in a similar situation. I do not receive the phone, I do not respond to the e-mail about sending the reference number. I have to read the contract thoroughly and we will probably not cooperate with this company anymore.
