С началом чистки сказала, что у меня чувствительная кожа и попросила уменьшить давление , на что получила ответ «вставайте и уходите, я 12 лет тут работаю и деньги мне ваши не нужны» . Хуже сервиса, чем тут в своей жизни ещё не встречала . Так же выслушала оскорбление в свой адрес по поводу состояния моей кожи и была послана к себе страну обратно. Позор этому салону ?????? With the beginning of the cleaning, i said that I have sensitive skin and asked to reduce the pressure, and I received the answer “get up and leave, I have been working here for 12 years and I don’t need your money.” Worse service than I've ever seen here in my life. I also listened from her about the bad condition of my skin and I was sent back to my country. Shame on this salon I made an appointment with a beautician for a cleaning. R	Razan Almisned on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i do not recommend it at all. maybe they do use good products and machines, i am not an expert but i doubt it tbh. regardless of that, the specialist who provided the service was not professional at all. it felt as if she did not want to do the job. she was irritated the whole time and we did not like the way we were treated. i realize that language can be a barrier but that does not justify the bad attitude.
E	Eugenia Thomason on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a gel manicure and pedicure done in this salon in Karlovy Vary, Lazne 3 last week and i can honestly say it's the worst and most unprofessional treatment I have ever had. To be fair the lady manicurist, Sona, was very nice and pleasant but I doubt very much that she has the necessary qualifications to carry on any nail treatment at all. It took her over an hour just to remove gel off my hands and the entire procedure lasted for three and a half hours. The gel manicure and pedicure was uneven, lumpy and came off in under a week. It's also VERY expensive. On the positive side the salon itself is clean and well equipped however I would still avoid it at any cost.
