I'm very happy with this place. There were some difficulties, like waiting time, language barrier, but they solved these problems in a professional way - like really top service and all were super friendly! And even we didn't speak the same language, the results (hair cut and shellac nails) were amazing! Thank you again ❤️ and see you soon.

Needed a haircut but had no reservation. Kindly I got help within an hour. Excellent service. Can’t speak czech but staff helped with translation. The hairdresser made an excellent, meticulous haircut. Thanks!

Hello. I'm from Denmark and was travelling to Prague 2 weeks ago. Me and my mom was looking for a place to get our nails done, and I found the beauty treatment shop called BeautyShape. AND THEY ARE AMAZING! We are more than happy about EVERYTHING. The receptionist was super sweet and spoke good English. They were so welcoming when we came in, and the nails themselves are so beautiful and perfectly made! My mom had them made 1,5 week ago, and they are still like perfectly new! Not even outgrown the slightest! This is gonna be "our" beauty treatment shop from now on! Will definitely come back next year, and gladly recommend anyone who needs any beauty treatment to go there. The best experience, even better than we could hope for. Cannot recommend this place enough. Our nail technician was Yuliana Vikki, and she was so sweet! Super kind and spoke good english. And she has such a big talent for making nails. She made us both feel so welcome, and was able to make exactly what we wished for. We could not have wished for a better treatment!!

I went to the salon for the first time because they accept the Sodexo card. First I booked a Brazilian waxing , the lady was very kind and professional and everything was okay except for the price. It was a total of 1400 CZK , I found it extremely overpriced and also it wasn't clear on the webpage as I expected to pay around 800 CZK and the result was almost double. I used the Sodexo so also I just found out there that they can only charge 2000 CZK (this wasn't notified in advance) even if the price for your service is less. So I had to keep a "deposit" of 600 CZK with them. I went back for a pedicure and the experience was really bad. They got confused with my appointment, first they said yes then no then yes... I went and the lady that was doing my pedicure told me that she was supposed to go home and it was a mistake of the reception. I was just like okay sorry , why did she even share that? Anyways the pedicure was supposed to be for 1h and so of course she wanted to leave so the pedicure lasted around 30-40 min and painting the nails wasn't included. I think it's the first pedicure in my life that doesn't paint the nails. I was shocked when she finished I had to ask like that's it? The price for this "amazing" pedicure was more than 800 CZK. Summarizing, they charge almost for breathing there, NEVER AGAIN!! They show the salon as it is a luxury one but nothing at all... even the places they had aren't that clean or organize! Extremely disappointed and I do not recommend it to anyone! For that price you can get a perfect service in the city with so much better conditions!

?❌❌ There is a reason the salon is empty. I went for a Basic treatment and deep cleansing of the skin, and it was pretty much a massage. The price was 990 CZK but they offered me the massage apart, 500 CZK, so as I don't have problematic skin the lady spent literally: 2 min removing "acne" 1 min ultrasound (only in the nose) 10 min massage 20 min mask And that was it. NO CLEANING AT ALL. I EXPLAINED AT THE RECEPTION. They keeps telling me that as I don't have any problem, it was like this, SERIOUSLY?? what about a discount? If my skin wasn't problematic? The receptionist was kind and polite, also the technician. ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌

Nice facilities, everything clean and the staff was kind. Unfortunately the customer experience was quite disappointing. They overbooked (without any attempt of contacting me in advance to let me know) so I was kept waiting for one hour from my scheduled time and although I paid for a 1 hour facial It was finished after only 45 minutes. So basically for the full price (990ck) of 1 hour treatment I got 45 minutes of service + 1 hour of waiting, without any type of compensation offer from their side. Would not recommend.

Had a Yumi lash lifting and tint done here by Svetlana and I have to say she’s the best I have been to. I’ve been to quite a few different places and I’m never so satisfied with the result as I am with her . Really perfect thank you ! It’s not a great photo but I’m not wearing any make up / mascara here :)

I had my “Chemical Peeling” sessions and Sothy's facial. I totally loved the experience and am happy with the services. The staff is also nice and speaks English. This is definitely my go-to for my skincare routine. ⚠️ Please DON’T forget to make an appointment by phone or email - they respond very quickly.
