★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naše SVJ pracuje s firmou BEKR Partners více než jeden rok a jsme velice příjemně překvapeni kvalitou poskytovaných služeb a přístupem, s jakým s námi všichni zaměstnanci této firmy jednají.
Firma BEKR nám dala dohromady účetnictví po bývalém správci, které nebylo v nejlepším stavu. Přístup je naprosto profesionální, věcný a jednání rychlé. Veškerý personál s námi jedná velmi mile.
Vyzdvihl bych vyřešení našeho dlouholetého problému s vodoměry, kdy firma BEKR odhalila problém v patním vodoměru, zařídila následnou reklamaci a urgence čímž nám bylo navráceno spousta peněz za minulá období.
Z naše SVJ je to 5* !
Our SVJ has been working with BEKR Partners for more than a year and we are very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the services provided and the approach with which all employees of this company deal with us.
The BEKR company put together an accounting for the former administrator, which was not in the best condition. The approach is absolutely professional, matter-of-fact and negotiations fast. All staff treat us very kindly.
I would like to highlight the solution to our long-standing problem with water meters, when the company BEKR discovered a problem in the heel water meter, arranged a subsequent complaint and urgency, which returned a lot of money for previous periods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neprofesionálne jednanie a arogantné správanie. Pri snahe o potvrdenie vopred dohodnutej obhliadky (na presný dátum a čas) nedvíhajú telefón a neodpovedajú ani na sms. Po telefonáte z iného čísla a žiadosti o to, aby dali vedieť klientom, že obhliadka sa ruší (byt je už prenajatý) uprestred vety zloží telefón. Odporúčam nestrácať s nimi čas.
Unprofessional conduct and arrogant behavior. When trying to confirm a pre-arranged inspection (for the exact date and time), they do not pick up the phone and do not even reply to an SMS. After calling from another number and asking them to let clients know that the inspection is canceled (the apartment is already rented), they will fold up the phone in the middle of the sentence. I recommend not wasting time with them.
