I recommend avoiding this place with a large arc. I drive to Belmont for the last 3 years, but the visit of 28.3.2019 was definitely the last one. I didn't have cash with me, so my first question before the tire launch was directed to the possibility of card payment. After the positive answer, I handed the keys and sat in the chair. The car was finished in an hour, it was a lap of wheels that were already on the discs. I was ordered for a specific hour. After I saw that the car was already ready, I was waiting for 2-3 minutes to be asked to pick up the car. After an hour of waiting (normally a 20-30 minute tire pause action) one expects that the service staff will come and inform the customer as soon as possible that the car is ready. So I came alone to the reception where the keys were waiting for me. Mrs and Mrs were having fun at the table, ignoring me. Ms. started calling and at the same time writing a receipt. After the call, I informed Mrs that I was going to pay by card. Mrs. began to react aggressively and arrogantly that it was not possible to pay CZK 480. I informed the lady that I was sorry, but the information I received after entering service was different. I was relying on a sign on the door that says that card payment is possible over 1000 CZK. I asked the lady to show me the missing inscription, I got the answer that he was probably torn down when washing the windows. The fact is that in this service I already paid for the card when I visited. Subsequently, the lady began to argue with me and informed me that this is perhaps the only way to go in Slovakia. She continued with other personal cues that were already ignored by me. If you are looking for a pleasant atmosphere, individual approach to the customer and a smaller family service, Belmont is definitely not. The arrogant attitude of this employee convinced me that neither I nor my friends would come to this place.

I visited the car service due to the irregular running of the engine after the first cold start in the morning. The fault was correctly diagnosed and repaired. I can recommend the service.

The price does not equal the quality of the work done. Sticking the engine head with silicone doesn't seem like a good idea to me.
