★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozhodně nedoporučuji, jednání pana majitele Bohumila Bendy naprosto jednoduché. Nakupovala jsem u nich 12let jak pro mě do kadeřnictví, tak i pro klienty! První reklamace po tolika letech kdy jsem měla konturu ermila doma na používání jen když se muž zaholoval. Byla použita vždy 1xtydne a po dobu 4mesicu a přestala zastřihávat..... vyřízena reklamace byla po 2mesicich způsobem tak že mi nafotili zrezavelou jinou zastrihavaci konturu a řekli že je tupá. Kontura za 2290,-
 I definitely do not recommend, the actions of the owner Bohumil Benda are absolutely simple. I shopped with them for 12 years both for my hairdressing salon and for my clients! The first complaint after so many years when I had the contour of ermil at home to use only when a man was healing. It was always used once a week and for a period of 4 months and it stopped cutting ..... the complaint was settled after 2 months in such a way that they took a picture of a rusty other trimming contour and said that it was blunt. Contour for 2290, -

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozhodně nedoporučuji. Po 4 měsíční používání kontury a to jen lehce strojek přestal stříhat. Po odeslání k reklamaci po 2 měsících reklamace zamítnutá. Hlavně jednani,, ředitele"Bohumila Bendy na úrovni tupeho člověka. Poslali zpět foto rezavé stříhací hlavy a na vině je prý jejich dylerka,ktera strojek nedorucila včas k nim do firmy. Posléze pan Benda nazval též tupou i svou ženu, která mu informací nepředala. Každopádně po 3 měsících nám poslali strojek zpět na dobírku se zaplacením nabroušeni a poštovného. Udělejte si obrázek sami a zvažte nákup u téhle firmy.
Definitely not recommended. After 4 months of using the contour and only lightly the machine stopped cutting. After sending a complaint after 2 months, the complaint was rejected. The actions of the "director" Bohumil Benda at the level of a dumb man. Anyway, after 3 months they sent us the machine back on cash on delivery with payment of sharpening and postage. Take a picture yourself and consider buying from this company.
