Bei einem Anlegemanöver habe ich das Bemex Boot berührt und einen kleinen Kratzer im Gelcoat hinterlassen. Ich informierte meinen Verchaterer, der dann mit der Haftpflichtversicherung den Schaden regulieren wollte. Bei Rückgabe der Bemex Yacht musste mein Freund den Schaden sofort bezahlen. Der Hinweis, dass die Haftpflichtversicherung meines Verchaterers den Schaden regulieret, wie es üblich ist, wurde nicht anerkannt. Bemex hat hier gezeigt, dass es nicht serös handelt, wenn es um Schäden geht. International ist es so, dass die Schäden, die der Charterer verursacht, durch die Kaution bezahlt werden und Schäden, die eine 3. Person am gecharterten Schiff macht, wird von der Haftpflichtversicherung der 3. Person reguliert und nicht vom Charterer. Es geht hier nur um einen kleinen Kratzer, aber ich kann nur jeden warnen, denn wenn wirklich was Großes passiert, dann steht man wahrscheinlich bei Bemex ganz allein mit dem Rücken zur Wand. My friend came to Bemex in Zadar. I had another charter company. During a mooring maneuver, I touched the Bemex boat and left a small scratch in the gelcoat. I informed my Verchaterer, who then wanted to regulate the damage with the liability insurance. When returning the Bemex yacht my friend had to pay the damage immediately. The indication that my Verchater's liability insurance regulates the damage, as is customary, was not recognized. Bemex has shown here that it is not serious when it comes to damage. Internationally, the damage caused by the charterer is paid by the bail, and any damage a third person makes to the chartered ship is regulated by third-party liability insurance and not by the charterer. This is just a small scratch, but I can only warn everyone, because if something really big happens, then you probably stand alone at Bemex with your back to the wall.

Všetko vyšlo super, chalani z posádky (Jirko, Miro) boli ochotní, otázky všetky zodpovedali, naučili nás toho aj viac ako bolo treba na skúšky, ale čo isto zuzitkujeme v praxi a veľmi ďakujeme. Katamaran už mal svoje roky, ale slúžil dobre, napriek malým technickým problemom. Spokojní sme boli veľmi. 05/2022 course for captain's license B, for catamarans. Everything turned out great, the guys from the crew (Jirko, Miro) were willing, everyone answered the questions, they taught us more than we needed for the exams, but what we certainly use in practice and thank you very much. The catamaran was old, but he served well, despite minor technical problems. We were very satisfied.
