★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chci pochválit servis, kterého se mi dostalo při poruše na kanalizaci, nefunkčnosti plováku a nefunkční elektrice vedoucí k čerpadlu. Zavolal jsem v pátek dopoledne v 9:37 a do hodiny a půl jsem měl dva zkušené techniky na místě v obci Bečváry. Chválím jejich přístup, ochotu a rychlost. Vše bylo do hodiny opět plně funkční. A dokonce s lidským přístupem a úsměvem. Kdyby takhle fungovali všichni servisáci a řemeslníci, bylo by na světě lépe. Doporučuji čas od času kanalizaci otevřít a vše zkontrolovat, což jsem zanedbal. Vřele doporučuji Vodohospodářskou společnost Benešov všem dalším lidem.
 I want to commend the service I received in the event of a sewer failure, a float malfunction and a malfunctioning electrical system leading to the pump. I called on Friday morning at 9:37 and within an hour and a half I had two experienced technicians on site in the village of Bečváry. I praise their approach, willingness and speed. Everything was fully functional within the hour. And even with a human approach and a smile. If all the servicemen and craftsmen worked like this, it would be better in the world. I recommend opening the sewer from time to time and checking everything, which I neglected. I highly recommend Benešov Water Management Company to all other people.
