V červenci již pro jistotu vůbec neodpovídají. Goods not delivered even after 7 months. Originally promised delivery in January. When it did not arrive in May, an accelerated remedy was promised. Still nothing in June. In July, they no longer respond at all for sure.
M	Miriam Andělová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eh, dítě je nadšené. Díky "stříšce" má stále něco mezi bunkrem a postelí. Já už tolik ne. Je to fušařina za obrovské peníze. Slícování trámků je fórové, po necelém roce to vrže, sotva se toho dotknu. Rošt veškerý žádný, je to zbytečně velké, těžké, nenabízí to žádný úložný prostor. Dobrý nápad, jen by to chtělo doladit představu s cílovým produktem. Bez návodu je slepení a sešroubování podstatně snazší, neboť perspektiva a vrstvy jsou cizí slova. Tahle firma umí rozzářit dětem oči, to se musí nechat. Ovšem postýlka půjde z domu, místo toho bude nějaká s úložným prostorem a designem, ke kterému se dá doladit i další nábytek. Proste v teto kvalitě je drahá a vědět co mi přijde tak jdu koupit radši do Domestavu. Tam je kvalita!! A nevěřím ze Benlemi vyrábí v Česku. Rodinná firma by se snažila aby bylo vse krásné a vsichni spokojeni, ale toto. Reklamace pouze přes e-mail a nic vic. A když voláte na číslo uvedené jako kontakt tak tam vam to zvedne slečna a nic nevyřídite. Vše e-mailem. Where to start. It's just expensive in this quality and to know what's coming for me, I'd rather go to Domestav to buy it. There is quality !! And I don't believe Benlemi manufactures in the Czech Republic. And if you call the number listed as a contact, the lady will pick it up for you and you won't do anything. Everything by e-mail.

Skladania sa báť nemusíte, určite to v pohode každý zvládne! I recommend to everyone! Even the communication before ordering, when I was only interested in the product, was excellent and up to standard. And the bed itself exceeded our expectations! You don't have to worry about folding, I'm sure everyone can do it!

Takze Benlemi pekne dekujeme - priste si zase vyberu podporu "ceske rodinne firmy". I do not recommend. We ordered through their website. In 2 days they called that sorry like, we don't have it. In the meantime, we missed the discount event elsewhere. So thank you very much Benlemi - next time I will choose the support of the "Czech family company".
B	Blanka Weissová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Postel ze smrkového dřeva, bohužel lepeného, ne masiv. Nikde na jejich webovkách ani zmínka o lepeném dřevu, za tu cenu člověk předpokládá masiv. Špatně navrtané dírky jednotlivých dílů postele a tak následně při montáži došlo k poškození - nalomení. Ikdyž jsem vše nafotila a zaslala na reklamaci, nebyla uznána. Rozhodně nedoporučuji. Bed made of spruce wood, unfortunately glued, not solid wood. Nowhere on their websites are there any mentions of glued wood, for that price one assumes a solid wood. Improperly drilled holes in the individual parts of the bed and so subsequently damaged during assembly - breakage. Although I took a picture of everything and sent it for a complaint, it was not accepted. Definitely not recommended.

Jelikož mám ráda tvrdší matraci, tak jsem po konzultaci s vámi nakonec zakoupila Silver Biogreen se stříbrem a ráda bych vám opravdu moc poděkovala za pomoc s výběrem. Dost jsem se obávala výběru matrace takto přes internet, abych nebyla zklamaná. Každopádně matrace splnila veškerá má očekávání a jsem nadmíru spokojená. Mohu opravdu doporučit. Since I like a harder mattress, I finally bought Silver Biogreen with silver after consulting with you and I would really like to thank you very much for your help with the selection. I was quite worried about choosing a mattress over the internet so as not to be disappointed. Anyway, the mattress met all my expectations and I am extremely satisfied. I can really recommend.
