★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arogantní až hulvátské chování. Z nepochopitelného důvodu namísto dotazů na poruchu pokládá pán dotazy na vlastnický vztah k nemovitosti. Na dotaz, jak vlastnictví ovlivňuje opravu tekoucího záchodu, hulvátsky pán položil telefon. Původně jsme chtěli i komplet výměnu sanitárního zařízení - u této "firmy" ale rozhodně ne.
 Arrogant to CAD behavior. For an incomprehensible reason, instead of asking for a breakdown, the master asks questions about the property ownership. When asked how ownership affects the repair of a running toilet, the CAD man put the phone down. Originally we wanted a complete replacement of the sanitary facility - at this "firm" but certainly not.
