★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedná se spíš o obchod s léky než o pravou lékárnu. Měli jsme e-recept na ATB, která nebyly v tu chvíli k dostání. Místo toho, aby zákazníka informovali o tom, že mu však mohou vydat jiné ATB se stejnou účinnou látkou, tak ho nechají odejít s prázdnou. A člověk pak obvolává zbytečně jiné lékárny.
Kladně hodnotím objednávky přes e-shop. Škoda, že ceny v lékárně jsou mnohem vyšší než na internetu. Takhle chudáci důchodci bez internetu platí mnohem více než je nutno.
This is more of a drug store than a real pharmacy. We had an e-recipe for ATB that was not available at the time. Instead of informing the customer that they can be given other ATBs with the same active substance, they let him leave empty-handed. And then one calls other pharmacies unnecessarily.
I evaluate orders through the e-shop positively. Too bad the prices at the pharmacy are much higher than on the internet. In this way, poor retirees without the Internet pay much more than necessary.
